I’d stick to Zynga mate to be honest. It’s a better ‘pretend-money’ poker sim than this. Unless you get incredibly lucky and find a table full of actual people. The bots are impossible to read because they literally play poker the same way as I’d imagine Stevie Wonder does. Poker World as well: that’s a mobile game that plays better on PC than this. I’m sitting on about 75 billion chips just for logging on each day, but have absolutely zero desire to actually play it. Try it though, you might like it. And remember the Steam refund T&Cs.

As an online player there are plenty of tells online. How fast they check how fast they bet. Are they 3/4 betting etc. matter of fact I prefer these tells vs live tells because a good live player does reverse tells etc and it’s just a mind game of is this a real tell or a reverse tell
visual cues for tells is one thing , but odds and implied odds are the meat and bones of poker, especially limit poker never mind what the movies tell about how a guy eats his oreos , games like this are good for building foundational poker as long as you play with that in mind, which draws to pursue depending on position, the value of stack sizes relative to table position blinds and ante's , playing on or close to the bubble or rebuy/top-up cutoff, as well as more basic stuff like value of hole cards when playing in and out of position, for example AK suited is 48% vs 52% against a pair of 2's heads up pre flop and you might go all in with those 2's pre flop in a short handed game 4 or less if in position, but you wouldn't do it out of position or in a full handed game
Online poker is another style of poker and it's as valid and enjoyable as face to face poker is. (I'm a professional online poker player.) I'm happy that this game tries to combine face to face poker with online poker. It can be very good for beginners.
£100 says you're not a professional poker player. If you were, there is no score lower than 0 out of ten, and that it exactly what this game is, in the state it's in. The only thing that represents actual poker is that cards are dealt.
There’s a huge problem with this game: spectator mode. You can log into two games - one spectator and one player - and see what cards everyone has and never lose. That’s why I’m not playing this.
I will play it Iam playing it having the ai show no emotion or things like that makes more harder and challenging and love the 3D animation and graphics

This game idk. I’m forced to play crap cards and hopefully get lucky which I never do cuz I get bored of folding every hand. Never have I pulled a flush either. When I get suited cards never do I even get a shot at one. Like 5 percent of the time maybe the middle card will be my suit. I’ve lost to hold bunch though.
Of course it’s not going to be the same experiences real life poker. It’s a video game. I bought this game a couple months ago and I have to admit I was really upset at first, but I’m already level 31. It is a challenge if you know how to play poker it shouldn’t be that hard though, but if you’re trying to bluff you’re only screwing yourself on this game just like Kenny Rogers sing you got to know when to hold them know when to fold them😂😂😂😂😂😂
I fold... my socks! & everything else lol. I remember some friends teaching me to play poker with actual chips (one's brother got a set/kit or whatever it's called) back in '99. Kind of like learning chess, you learn the moves, what is what & what they do, but you only really learn strategy and specific cues by playing with actual people. I also probably meowed when someone said "Feed the kitty!" 😹Anyway, all I remember is blue chips are worth $100, red is $50 and yellow is $10. (Yes I studied accounting lol 😅)

no you should not play it. There are hardly any real human players and the bots have zero clue how to play. You may as well go toss coins. The worst itteration of a poker game I have ever played by a mile

Of course you can't read their faces and body language like you can IRL.. again this is a video game, they're just dummies, some games don't even have them.. Sooo.. is there a part two to this "review" ?!
