Both are run by Varun (after RKJ succession plan). Daughter (Devyani) runs education and health businesses. So group will execute snacks business. We found insights in Varun Bev con calls - so might execute under VBL itself

Coca Cola still has a higher market cap than PepsiCo. But gap is still big. Also, coca cola’s net profit % is also almost double of pepsi. Debt is lower.
