Our weather switched from 80° and sunny to 35° and raining so we’re out here feeding the cows extra so they can stay warm. Today we will take you on a quick tour of the cows. The red whiteface cow that is featured in the thumbnail is one that we will be selling next time we send cattle to the auction. She was raised on the ranch and has had several nice calves but for some reason a few months ago she has decided she does not like our girls. She has chased our oldest back onto the sxs 2 times and I have no doubt that she trying to hurt her, we are also concerned that Memaw could be hurt by this cow because there is no way Memaw could get away from her if she decided to get her. She is a nice cow and raises excellent calves but the risk she poses to our family means that she can no longer live here.
