We left 21 points on the field due to penalties and self inflected negative plays. This game should have been a blowout but it's a win and that's fine.
@@HighTimes42071take away the muffed punt and it wouldn’t have mattered. You can shoulda, woulda, coulda all day. Going back and using penalties as an excuse for barely beating a 6-6 team is laughable. Alabama got the win. Auburn played them extremely well. There was more penalties that should’ve been called against Alabama. Like a blatant facemask, multiple blatant holds, etc. Yet those no calls aren’t why Alabama won. That’s a joke of an argument.
@user-ru1qt3ku4g buddy, there were many missed calls or no calls. We can talk about Alabama getting away with multiple holdings that should've backed them up, time and time again. Or a push off in the end zone. But you're not mentioning that. The point is, calls were bad both ways. But don't sit here and use that as an excuse for the undermanned team playing as good of a game as they did. Take that eyeroll nonsense elsewhere. Should'a, could'a, would'a if refs did this or that. Such a lame excuse. Come up with something original. Congrats, you assume what team I'm a fan of. I like Late Kick. I see dumb comments, I respond. I don't have to be an Auburn or Alabama fan to do that.
@user-ru1qt3ku4g Again, my point being that those no calls, which happened on both sides, are not what decided the game. Nor are they the reason that the game was close. Which is what the original comment was insinuating. The punter getting put on his rear, and then laid on top of; The hit itself was questionable. Being laid on top of is the same as block. Regardless of if it's a lineman laying on top of another lineman, or a player laying on top of a punter. If Alabama didn't score a touchdown on the last drive, don't blame it on the punter getting man handled. Auburn's defense forced punts. Alabama had drives inside the Auburn 30 that were held to FG's. If you think Auburn wasn't undermanned, or that the QB is the issue because he can't throw, you're mistaken. The talent on that team, outside of the running backs is not good. Their OL has been patchwork all year, if you've followed them at all. They're up there in the SEC in drops by receivers too. There's a reason they hit the portal so hard in the offseason. That's why they were a 14 point underdog at home.
Josh why do you think AU was able to run it on UGA and Bama? Really, ask yourself that. No go back and watch both games and just the line of scrimmage. Watch the holds that are not being called. As a DT in the early 90’s, I get sick at the holds I see being allowed in college football today. Say what you want, but I’ve been watching for a long while now. Refs also can choose when to call one of those holds or turn a blind eye. The only solution I can think of is having refs take a polygraph test after every game. That’s how AU ran on UGA and Alabama.
After almost losing to Auburn & getting their season taken before their eyes. Im gonna boldly say Bama is brong their A game against Ga next weekend. Should be a fun one
Milroe and Bond bailed the officials out to some degree, because without that crazy play the terrible officiating might have been the story of that game. They couldn’t even handle basic pre-snap penalties
@@clarencedolan699 I didn’t say they were. Not sure why you would even bring up those calls. I mentioned pre-snap penalties like Auburn getting a free play and a first down on 4th down when they had 3 players in motion at the snap (never seen that happen before in my life) or the Auburn safety clapping and making the Bama center snap before Milroe was ready on that last drive. But that’s just part of it. The obvious face mask in the 1st, punters getting lit up away from the play, wildly inconsistent holding/non-holding calls, that whole debacle with Burton on the sideline, the AU qb getting driven into the ground with no call and they just seemed lost the whole game and lost control by the end. 4 quarters of incompetence.

Bama's elite defense went into this game knowing they would destroy this week Auburn offense and got repeatedly kicked in the mouth!!! And what is worse than that is once it started Bama could hardly ever regain control! I said before the game this Bama team is dialed in and I was wrong! Should have been a blow out if Bama had played with heart, toughness, and discipline but they thought they would just get handed a win! I hope they learned a huge lesson from this!
How an 8 team playoff could have saved college football, and may still can. I always thought that the new playoff format was overthought. Just hear me out. If my idea would have been used, college football could have saved the Pac 12 and most likely would have kept Texas and Oklahoma in the Big 12. This would also give every team an opportunity to win a national championship, and as many as 20 teams with the ability to reach the 8 team playoff on the final weekend. I will use the 2022 season as my example. Here is how I would get my 8 teams: All 5 big 5 conference champions are in (10 teams playing for 5 spots) Highest ranked non big five conference champion (play for 1 spot) Tulane would have gotten in but UCF, Troy and Fresno State would have had a chance. Four highest ranked teams not in the playoffs would play at a neutral site where winners get in (4 teams playing 2 spots) in 2022 this would have been Ohio State, Alabama, Tennessee & Penn State Now we will use the 2023 season: All 5 big 5 conference champions are in (10 teams playing for 5 spots) Highest ranked non big five conference champion (play for 1 spot) Tulane, Liberty, Toledo, James Madison, SMU all have a shot Four highest ranked teams not in the playoffs would play at a neutral site where winners get in (4 teams playing 2 spots) in 2023 this would be Ohio State, Missouri, Penn State, Ole Miss Now that the Pac 12 is gone, you could add a second non power 5 or 2 more teams in the play in weekend?
And what’s funny about this game is that bama we didn’t run any plays really. The plays we ran was very vanilla and did not help milroe out for anything and that’s when I told myself that we were holding back some things for GA
I swear every Alabama games plays out the same way this year. They underperform for 3 quarters and then just win because the other team refuses to play competent/intelligent football. The SEC is such a cuckhold of a conference.
Auburn was essentially a nobody this year and in '21. Bama played conservatively to stay healthy for the SEC CG both times. It nearly cost everything both times.
If the SEC is a cuckhold of a conference, what does that make every other conference that can't even hold a candle to them? 🤔6 SEC national champions out of the last 9 years of the CFP?
Auburn has one goal each year, and only one. They can take mid-range talent players and pump them so full of emotion that they perform like top-tier players ... for one game.

Georgia and Alabama will prepare to play each other and it will be another chapter in the rivalry it has been these past few years.
To be fair, letting the other team convert 4th & forever for a win is vintage Hugh Freeze

Josh you are the best sports analyst, luv that story about your experience while Detroit airport. Roll Tide
We are going to make Milroe throw to win. OK. ROLL TIDE!
If you think Alabama doesn't have a chance to beat UGA fine...you said Bama wouldn't win last SEC Championship and Josh was holding up an Apology Sign for Saban
Bama has better weapons
@@HighTimes42071they have 1 weapon... Milroe.
@@HighTimes42071uga is the only team in the sec with 7 players with 20+ catches, rara, lovett, bell are all stepping up, the weapons are equal

We left 21 points on the field due to penalties and self inflected negative plays. This game should have been a blowout but it's a win and that's fine.
🤣🤣🤣
Take away the penalties and it would of got ugly
I kept telling the Auburn naysayers that the game would come down to the last play and Alabama would pull off a miracle pass in the end zone.
SEC CHAMPIONSHIP Will be the National Championship game this season...
ROLL TIDE ROLL! The Snare at Jordan-Hare
People outside of the SEC just don’t understand that weird shit happens in Jordan-Hare.
I said that whoever won the A&M Bama game would win the SEC. Of course it’s Bama and they will win.
How do you rush two and still let a man behind you in the endzone?
Hell of a game. Idk what Freeze has going on down there but he’s getting commits from four and five stars like crazy
That’s Just What’s Happen In Jordan Hare. Watch Next Year When They Go To Georgia And Bama.
Damn, that had to suck for Auburn fans!!!
"The SNARE in Jordan-Hare"...
💪🐘😈
Josh why do you think AU was able to run it on UGA and Bama? Really, ask yourself that. No go back and watch both games and just the line of scrimmage. Watch the holds that are not being called. As a DT in the early 90’s, I get sick at the holds I see being allowed in college football today. Say what you want, but I’ve been watching for a long while now. Refs also can choose when to call one of those holds or turn a blind eye. The only solution I can think of is having refs take a polygraph test after every game. That’s how AU ran on UGA and Alabama.
Bingo
That accent Josh used when he was pretending to be a French guy for a second. Hilarious. 🤣
Milroe threw the ball past the LOS twice. Stop making excuses....those weren't bad calls.
@@JAaronMattoxSame refs that officiated the most rigged game of all time in last year's TSIO. Try to hide your shock.

We'll see you at Bryant Denny next year
My girlfriend is from Guatemala and she doesn't get my love of college football. We have been together for 11 months so it's our first college football season together.
Is she ready to return? College football rivals are just crazy!
Just me or did it seem like he talked more about Georgia than Auburn? Not mad, just disappointed.
“This is not even futball”😭
It’s a one game season now, Roll Tide
I am an Alabama fan. I was watching the game with my brother and after the 4th and 31 I was too distraught to watch so I head out to the driveway to start the car and I hear the neighbor across the street screaming “TOUCHDOWN!”. They are big Notre Dame fans transplanted in the south and honestly don’t know if they were happy or sad. I imagine they were sad because they are friends who love to hate Bama. So I turn around and see the TV through the front door and notice the play was still going and then I hear my brother absolutely lose it. He comes bursting through the front door yelling. It was crazy.
Thanks for your life story bud

How was josh not shocked by the game yet still couldn’t believe the ending? The last play was part of the game, Josh.
Best analogy!

Do the fans ever forget any Bama /AU game?1
Yeah this game doesn't define Bama. Georgia struggled against Auburn too. I think it'll be a very fun SEC Championship.
Josh Pate❗️🏆
Them dawgs is going to be a hand full. I love Alabama but Georgia is the team right now.
Roll tide baby roll ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I will say this, there are no two college coaches who know each other better than Coach Smart and Coach Saban. It will be interesting to see how they martial their teams.
Georgia didn't have a lot of the significant players playing against Georgia tech this weekend that's what made the game look so interesting
RMFT!!!!
Nothing better than college football!
The 2 best rivals in all of sports is Bama auburn Michigan and Ohio st
I think it’s auburn who did everything they could to lose this game while also doing everything they could to win it. Weird stuff
Love the opening line “Bama won the Iron Bowl yesterday though they tried 47 different ways NOT to win the Iron Bowl” 😂🤣. Truth! Bama played their B-minus game, and ya just can’t take your B-minus game into Jordan-Hare and expect to win. Bama won anyway.
Crazy cause the score was actually 33-24. They keep forgetting the pick 6 at the end! Roll Tide 💪🏿
Terrion Arnold stepped out of bounds at the three yard line and that is why the score stayed the same.
Refs called it back saying Arnold stepped out of bounds at the 3 yard line. Or so the stats say. No way in hell I was able to pay attention to anything happening after the final whistle blew.
@@MartinoBattlingRopes I played it in slow motion and you can't tell if he stepped out or not with that footage. The review official had already botched a call earlier where there was a clear catch in bounds.. so I don't really have any faith that he got this call correct either esp when they never showed the replay for us to see a better angle.
Yea tha was a pick 6 six they jus wanted it to be a close game better storyline ,not to mention the blind refs, that shit was ridiculous for both sides
Go DAWGS!!
What a big mess in Auburn defense on that play wow
Auburn must not have seen Bama do that TWICE to Dawgs
The way this game worked out was the absolute worst possible for Georgia. A barely won game against Auburn, riddled with errors, keeps Alabama in the playoff race but gives them fuel for practice all week. This SEC championship is going to be interesting
Alabama is a combination of Jason, Michael Myers and Freddie Kruger, that evil super villan that just won't die. Until they are dead, they are not!! LOL ! Can you say 2nd and 26 UGA??? LOL🤣🤣🤣
why was teh pick 6 score removed? it was never addressed...out of bounds? time expired before snap?
Stepped out of bounds. TD was wiped off
Georgia knows whats commin.
It's a rival game in Alabama got lucky as well as Michigan Oregon in all the other games this weekend besides us FSU
Yeah... I'm not sure Bama can beat Georgia or any team in CFP (if they should make it) but I LOVE this Bama team's resiliency and scrappiness. They have a fighter's chance against any team.
Seriously, let them play Texas, Washington or OSU.. you don't want to see it at all.
Snakes can still bite after the head is cut off... for over an hour after.
Sarah need royalties...from Auburn 2x weeks in a row.... ROLL TIDE!!
How do you spy Milroe on 4th and 30 last play? Worst case scenario you drag down the WR and they get another chance. Terrible call by DC
I don't think was bad play call ,it was bad execution by defense they knew he wouldn't try to run on that
Bama had 33 points actually thanks
Those penalties on bama made this game close, but thats how it goes.
love this channel he doesnt show favortism
You got to go look back Alabama One by 33 and Auburn score 24
How an 8 team playoff could have saved college football, and may still can.
I always thought that the new playoff format was overthought. Just hear me out. If my idea would have been used, college football could have saved the Pac 12 and most likely would have kept Texas and Oklahoma in the Big 12. This would also give every team an opportunity to win a national championship, and as many as 20 teams with the ability to reach the 8 team playoff on the final weekend. I will use the 2022 season as my example.
Here is how I would get my 8 teams:
All 5 big 5 conference champions are in (10 teams playing for 5 spots)
Highest ranked non big five conference champion (play for 1 spot) Tulane would have gotten in but UCF, Troy and Fresno State would have had a chance.
Four highest ranked teams not in the playoffs would play at a neutral site where winners get in (4 teams playing 2 spots) in 2022 this would have been Ohio State, Alabama, Tennessee & Penn State
Now we will use the 2023 season:
All 5 big 5 conference champions are in (10 teams playing for 5 spots)
Highest ranked non big five conference champion (play for 1 spot) Tulane, Liberty, Toledo, James Madison, SMU all have a shot
Four highest ranked teams not in the playoffs would play at a neutral site where winners get in (4 teams playing 2 spots) in 2023 this would be Ohio State, Missouri, Penn State, Ole Miss
Now that the Pac 12 is gone, you could add a second non power 5 or 2 more teams in the play in weekend?
And what’s funny about this game is that bama we didn’t run any plays really. The plays we ran was very vanilla and did not help milroe out for anything and that’s when I told myself that we were holding back some things for GA
I swear every Alabama games plays out the same way this year. They underperform for 3 quarters and then just win because the other team refuses to play competent/intelligent football.
The SEC is such a cuckhold of a conference.
Auburn was essentially a nobody this year and in '21. Bama played conservatively to stay healthy for the SEC CG both times. It nearly cost everything both times.
Auburn played alabama tougher than Georgia and Bama waa in the road while Georgia played at home struggling
Pretty sure you don't know what cuckhold means...
He should he watches his lady take it every weekend.
If the SEC is a cuckhold of a conference, what does that make every other conference that can't even hold a candle to them? 🤔6 SEC national champions out of the last 9 years of the CFP?

Why didnt they count the INT for TD?
