its not healthy how dark it is. Who can consume your mind but your own thought and who's thoughts are similar to our own but the character. Seeking the embrace, we fall on the sword with a smile and become the soul to be consumed.

This whole song is just a reference to the “Hail Mary” prayer from Christianity (it simply being in Latin). I personally saw this song as Crona giving his praise to his mother, Medusa, just like the prayer gives praise to Mother Mary. Ik that sounds weird at first, but when you consider that Crona didn’t realize he was being mistreated my Medusa until later in the series, it would make sense that he’d view Meduas as a perfect motherly figure.

Crona is such a beautifully tragic character. They try so hard to be good but they fail so much and only hurt people. They deserved so much better in the end. But in the end I prefer the manga battle between maka and crona than the anime because it’s kinda watered down

@@isa-le5fk huh, the manga is even more proof that they are non binary, except if u read the original English version. Crona is gendered there, because when they translated it, they didn't want to use it/it's pronouns as they feared it would be offensive. But the Japanese version uses gender neutral pronouns.
