So rare are deaths outside of close friends/family do they nearly drive me to tears. Akira Toriyama was one of the ones that really did feel like it took the air out of my lungs. I’m grateful for all the amazing work he gave us throughout the years. Always wanted to check out Dr. Slump, Arale is just too cute. His work on the Dragon Quest series is still some of my favorite in designs.

Chrono Trigger was the game that got me familiar with Toriyama’s work. He passed away far too soon.
