    HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER? Where do i pay? I’ve been in this industry for over 20 something years and now I’m a barber instructor. Plus still working behind the chair. You are refreshing my memory and exciting my passion all over again but I love the way you teach how do I become a member?

    Bro seriously- THANK YOU for making this. This is hands down the most comprehensive and easily digestible explanation of guards, open closed and the differences in lengths I’ve ever come across. That chart showing the lengths and how the overlap is the best thing of its kind on the internet right now. I’ve asked this question to so many barbers, and have watched so many videos claiming to explain this only to have my questions remain unanswered. Seriously so grateful you made this. And giving it away for free! Thank you so much. Can’t say that enough. Not all heroes wear capes. 🙏🙏🙏

    Hi. I'm considering JRL FreshFade 2020C or BaByliss FX8700E for at-home haircuts. Can you advise what would be a better choice?

    How back do you set your soft trimmer??

    • @YouTubeBarberAcademy
      @YouTubeBarberAcademy  5 місяців тому

      Just make sure they are further back than your sharp liner and you are good, stylecraft trimmers have a soft setter and a zero gapper its pretty cool and easy to use. it comes with a few different trimmers.

    Nice little nugget to slow down doing clipper over comb.Sometimes when you watch people do it so fast you try to mimic the movement but it’s key to crawl before you walk.👌

    Excellent video!!!! Thank you for all your efforts in the barber industry. So happy I’m a member. I’m not trippin on watching over an hour of some straight shooting fire. Thanks for walking through the fade and what problems you might experience in a cut. I just used your techniques yesterday for a cut with a bunch of dark spots in the head. Came out just like you said. Appreciate all your time and your knowledge 🔥 🔥

    How do we know if it's at a 1.5 position ? Is it a # 1 and set in between open and close ?

    • @YouTubeBarberAcademy
      @YouTubeBarberAcademy  7 місяців тому

      No 1.5 is a separate card. It can also be opened and closed. There is no such thing is opening a one and turning it into a one and a half check out the scales section of the video
