- The Milwaukee Bucks have five players who appear to be realistic candidates to start next to Damian Lillard next season, and Ti Windisch and Rohan Katti ranked them on the latest episode of the Gyro Step. MarJon Beauchamp, A.J. Green, Delon Wright, Andre Jackson Jr. and Taurean Prince all could make sense as Milwaukee’s latest fifth starter, and Ti and Rohan went through the case for and against each and in the case of the young players tried to explain what it would take for them to win the job.
They then discussed the remaining free agents who could make sense for the Bucks’ 15th roster spot, including Markelle Fultz, Gary Trent Jr. and Lonnie Walker, before discussing how cool it is that Giannis Antetokounmpo is going to play in the Olympics for the first time and breaking down his road to helping Greece medal in basketball for the first time EVER.

@@SalCali123Gary is getting $18 mil a year. He asked for $25 mil a year, raptors offered 15 mil and they couldn't agree. Market might have dried up. Absolute steal if he's a vet minimum. Clearly would be on a prove it deal for 1 year to get another bigger contract. I'd take him for sure. You've got defensive minded guys in Wright and Ajax

Summer League performances have a lot less efficacy than combine scrimmages.

we need to jump off the gary trent jr bandwagon cuz the guy aint coming here on no prove it deal. hes been a solid sg in this league for at least the pass 5 seasons. hes not worth the money hes asking for but hes definitely not worth whatever we're offering him. i think a more realistic option is landry shamet or lonnie walker. we can sign either one to a vet min especially shamet since his value has sorta diminished a bit over the past couple yrs
