I just found your channel and I really enjoyed this video. I’m not sure I buy into what you said about we can’t forgive because we haven’t forgiven ourselves. I really feel like I have forgiven myself, but I still haven’t found forgiveness for my parents. I like what you said about you setting aside 30 minutes everyday for grief, then putting it on the shelf for the next day. I feel like I am in the grief stage mostly but then sometimes back in the anger. Often I get caught up watching videos about childhood trauma for hours and then find myself sad, angry and triggered for the rest of the day. I’m going to start what you suggest. With that being said, I’m going to put this on the shelf and continue with my day. Thank you for the video 😊

I just found you and your message is so clear and actionable it is a relief just listening. I am among those who cannot afford you now, but when I start my new job coming up here I will get your book for sure.

Your videos are really speaking to me. You talk a lot about people in denial. I'm sure there's stuff about my childhood that I haven't uncovered yet, but I don't think that's me. I'm nearing 50. I started my long relationship with alcohol in my early 20s, and the first reason I drank was because I was free to do so. Not because it made me feel free, just because I could. I was very aware of it. The next stage was using it to punish my workplaces for not demanding/accepting higher level work from me. I've always known that I resist failure and success and that I procrastinate. A long marriage to what you call (IIRC) a deeply wounded codependent who was abusive really woke me up to a lot of my patterns, but the last and most elusive piece is ... what to do about them?

Kenny..it's amazing me how much change I'm seeing in myself. Started studying your videos and the free course you offer a week or so ago. The change in my thoughts and understanding are great! I haven't even ordered any books yet or enrolled in the 47 dollar a month deal yet. Can't wait to get into it! The affirmation audio really helps. Listen to it once or twice a day. If I ever catch myself doing my "mantra" I replay the affirmation audio.

@@kennyweiss I'll tell ya...Kenny...I'm either massively in trauma or I'm a fast learner. Things are changing. I was ready to dish out big bucks to talk to some therapist maybe 20 minutes a week if I was lucky. Some guy who's mom and dad pit him through college to be a shrink cuz there's big money in it. I was going to go...then suddenly I find you on youtube. He didn't get a dime. We have a thing called Change Point up here and all they do is tap into government funds....to help mostly tweakers. They had no idea how to accept payment from me...I didn't even get in to see anyone as they were trying so hard to get money out of my credit card first.

Hi, Kenny. I appreciate all of the knowledge that you’ve given me. I’m extremely grateful for you… I have a question that I’m curious about. Have you ever heard of the hearts sensory neurites??? If so. How much do you think they play a role in healing the childhood traumas? Whether or not I hear back, I love you and your videos and look forward to reading your books.

Can you elaborate more on what you said at the 21:50 mark? And the 34:52?
I’m being villainized and it’s killing me. I need some peace of mind and what you said resonated but I’d like to hear more
I keep being reminded of mistakes I’ve made and it’s as if he just can’t let things go
    I just don’t understand it

Important to breathe consciously relaxing the exhale when doing the rates work exercise mentioned. Otherwise you suck it back down.

Rage work, not rates work. Also conscious connected breathing, which started out as rebirthing where one experience their own birth. Baseline patterns is a great way to integrate feelings.

I find this a bit provocating. Every adult know its illegal and harming to assault a child, for example. They did not do their best. Honestly I am sick and tired of that quote. Sorry. ❤️
