📦 Nokia 7650 Unboxing in 4K! 📦 📱 What do you think is the biggest innovation that this phone has bring to us? Camera, Symbian OS or something else? ✨ Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more tech nostalgia!
My first true Nokia “smartphone”. This phone was well above all others in 2002. No competition ! 699 euros at at launch..Extremely expensive back then.
@ That phone came out months later ( at least 6 months). The only competitor at that time was the Sony Ericsson T68i. So yes it had no competition when it came out. 6 months nowadays is nothing but at that time it was huge. I had Sony Ericsson phones as well and they were truly amazing ( camera wise they were the best).
@@elabonos P800 is very nice phone indeed, stronger hardware, but it was touchscreen and it was big....People back then, in 2002 wasn't ready for this. It kind a feels more clunky for use, if I can say it like this. Also Symbian UIQ doesn't really gain traction in a mean of amount the apps and games available for it, compared to "normal" Symbian.
@@MobileMemories aside from stronger hardware, everything you said was subjective. Pretty sure if you open the 7650’s keypad, it is bigger and clunkier than the P800. Personally, I chose the P800 over the 7650. All I’m saying is that the 7650 was NOT without competition back then.
This was a super hit phone when it launched in the Philippines way back 2002. Almost all of us at Smart got one because we got a company phone loan with interest free payable for a year or 2.
My first phone back in the day was the sharp gx10i i was the only person in the village and my secondary school to have one. I won a second one and still have it to this day, only opened it to be checked over. i got a new battery for it and got it unlocked. Iv everything the phone is actually mint condition. box and paperwork everything. I also have an LG crystal it was top of the range back then with the see-through key pad. This phone was very expensive. Back in the day, it even had an 8mp camera. WiFi and many other interesting features. I still have it, and it still works, too. With box and everything.
I remember having a pre-owned one in 2006, I was in 3rd yr hs. First few months it was good, but the ribbon became loose. So I still to use a coin to open the center and attach the ribbon properly like once a wk. Lmao
One of my highschool besties had this and swapped the front panel to a pink one. I remembered the battery to be abysmal that’s why she’s always carrying a charger and a spare one. Lol
I remember when i was in 1st year university and my rich friend had a lot of fones. My 3510 got wrecked and tried to borrow his phone like til i have new one. Dang feels like one of the cool kids displaying it like i was phoning a friend talking like shit but no actual call 😂
I remember my college classmates called me rich boy, because this was my first phone and that time this phone was very expensive,, and we had to buy it in Japan.
I have that phone that ism swap with my nokia phone also, the problem that i had in that phone is the flex, it's easy to warp so the phone get malfunction..other than everything is superb,i have fun using itt back in a days
No, first Nokia with color display is 9210. First phone ever is considered to be Siemens S10 although it only has 4 colors. First normal "color" screen is on Japan only DoCoMo device manufactured by Mitsubishi in 1999. But yes, Nokia 7650, Ericsson T68 also, were from the first devices to use color screen. The unique thing in 7650 is that it uses big resolution screen, combined with OS which later became the most popular mobile OS, Symbian S60 which really boost the productivity. The same screen is later use for years, in N-Gage, 3650 etc.
back in the day to have this phone was mining you rich, today no phone means that, more like expensive watch, I remember I pay my montly salary for Nokia phone in 90'
Agree, missing memory card slot really cripple this phone. You literally can install 2-3 apps/games max and thats it, memory is full. And it is basically the same phone like 3650 or N-Gage which can be used for so many more things because of the expandable storage.
In my country still yes, one of the providers still use 900Mhz, but I use expired cards for filming, because somebody may call and interrupt the video.
I dont use active SIM card on those videos on purpose (to not receive call during filming ;) ). But i plan to make separate videos showing connecting to internet of those old devices.
Look at the phone and its packaging. The time when companies actually cared about their customers. Now a days the packaging experience and unboxing experience is so bad on the name of “environment”
...and we have to buy everything separately. I am supporting preserving the environment but companies nowadays don't do it for that but simply for cost cutting.
Wow 3310 lang Masaya na Ako Dati tapos Yung ka clanmate ko sa texter clan ito Ang gamit inggit na inggit Ako never Ako nagkaroon ng N SERIES pangarap ko sila noon

Very ahead of its time😮
This was my dream phone back when I was still a broke, college student. I'd probably still buy 1 today if this was re-released. Such a gorgeous phone.
I wonder if we will ever see Nokia's comeback. This is the OG smartphone. Nostalgic.
The packaging and inclusions during this phone's era is waaay better than today.
This is my first phone back in 2004. It's pretty expensive back then but is really unique for the time
*_I remember the magical feeling of seeing a colored screen and a camera in a Nokia phone when I first got one many many years ago._*

@@Francis_Cruz 6 months is nothing back then. People weren’t lining up for phones on release day. It wasn’t “well above all others in 2002”

I miss an 80s phone...Such gorgeous lines and robustness...And good signal reception...😮

The old mobile phone box was very cool, especially nokia
Yes, I love them. For some models is like art, they really put a thought of designing them.
Legend at the time
I had this before , the best nokia i got , first with video recording capability and a color screen. Yay!

Days when smartphone are real exciting ❤
My first symbian os phone way back 2007 brings back memories.
Back when phones were fun but didn't rule your life.
I miss that Explode arena. I used to sneak on my brother's bed to get his n70 just to play that while he's asleep.
One of the best games available for Symbian OS, together with other games of the same developer, Infinite Dreams Inc.
When phones were fun 🫠
One of my highschool besties had this and swapped the front panel to a pink one. I remembered the battery to be abysmal that’s why she’s always carrying a charger and a spare one. Lol

the first cp with camera in 2002
Way back in 2004 the price of NOKIA 7650 46,000 pesos here in the Philippines.
My father had this phone in 2002
My classmate had this phone back in 2004, but i didn't love it because it looked weird at that time. 😅
It looks weird now also 🤣.
One of the best nokia phones the only thing i hate is the nipple to control the directions because it can break easily.
Back when we don’t have to charge our phones everyday
Best
Explode arena.. i missed that game😢
How in the world are they all-new? Where did you bought this from?
Not all are new, just in very good condition. 7650 its not new for example, it is visible, there are some marks on it.
This was so expensive wayback then.
ohh I remember my phone.
Today it looks like a car key fob
wow
Symbian os.. haven't heard of that word for a very long time 😂
Is this the first colored display phonecell?

Very low on memory storage,3650 had mmc card to put some staf on it…

It's a shame if it can't be used even though it's cheap, at least it's an original cellphone from Nokia.
Keypad Flex issues back then,
Masih dapet signal gak tuh?
In my country still yes, one of the providers still use 900Mhz, but I use expired cards for filming, because somebody may call and interrupt the video.
I was hoping he would connect to the internet.
I dont use active SIM card on those videos on purpose (to not receive call during filming ;) ).

Lütfen 🙏 bu telefonu bana gönderin bende çok büyük hatırası var lütfen size minnettarım 😊❤adresimi yazabilirim lütfen 🙏
No good
Don't recommend channel
Nokia don't innovate
why is it looks smaller compare back in 2002
Because we used with the present phones, which became very huge and "big" phones from the past, does not look so big now ;)
