IMO if they give the Judea and Samaria inhabitants citizenship and passport, without the ability to vote, it would be an exact copy of the situation in Puerto Rico, Guam..etc. And I don't think anyone in the world believes that the US is an Apartheid state. If that's the case, for the first time, I see a solution that can actually work.
