We bought the same bed; plug, sync and did everything. The remote will work only for 12 hours. In order for the remote to work again, we have to unplug and replug the bed power connection from the wall socket and re-sync the remote. We have to repeat this process every 12 hours. I WILL APPRECIATE ANY INPUT / SOLUTION FROM YOU OR THE MANUFACTURER.
Hi, my remote has never had this issue. My remotes still work, I've never had to unplug anything. I've moved 5 times since (2 times across the country) and still haven't had to replace it trouble shoot anything. I would contact the manufacturer directly, as something seems to not be working properly.
Wow, I'm seeing this comment 4 years late but yes, everything still works great! The beds, remotes, etc are all still working as easily as day one despite multiple moves. I would definitely purchase again.
