Puli inji/inji puli
Puli Inji (புளி இஞ்சி)
Idhayam Gingelly oil (இதயம் நல்லெண்ணெய்) - 200 ml
Mustard seeds(கடுகு) - 5 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds(வெந்தயம்) - 5 tsp
Red chilli round(மிளகாய்) - 3 nos
Curry Leaves (கறிவேப்பிலை) - 1 sprig
Green chilies (பச்சை மிளகாய்) - 3 nos
Ginger(இஞ்சி) - 300 gms
Tamarind(புளி) - 150 gms
Jaggery(வெள்ளம்) - 125 gms
Asafoetida cake (கட்டி பெருங்காயம்) - 2 pieces
Chilli powder (மிளகாய் தூள்) - 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder (மஞ்சள் தூள்) - 1/4 tsp
Rock Salt (கல் உப்பு) - 1 tsp
