Hello guys, to give my story for DOZ . been player for years, and supported by spending money. when pop up adds became endless and they removed mail storage to make you buy there storage upgrade. i gave my feedback politely on discord and the deleted my msg . rewrote it , they blocked me. then i spoke to someone on there fb page and they did the same by deleting my msgs and blocking me by telling me i broke the rules without giving me what rule. i can tell you i did not break any rules, i didn't curse or insult anyone i just gave my negative review of them. this is how i was treated by silencing me. probably many players are silenced too to make things seem fun in there 'community' . this is just low , very low of a game to do that. if your are comfortable with ur creations then you should accept all types of feedback .
Am at level 91, and spent quite a bit both to support the devs, and also for initially getting through the warehouse for the 3rd pylon. however some things from your list I realized quite late in the game, like how my levels increased and the carnifex got stronger with each new level. Wish I had seen this video earlier on, been 3 months (maybe? or more?) since I have been playing this and it's something that I do in every break I can get from work or anything. Before I continue, great video, bookmarked it so can come back to it if needed! Here are some of the tips I use, don't remember if they were in your video: 1) Trading is the best (I think you mentioned it too), and doing this regularly, gives some good weapons, but the warehouse trader, by far gives the best objects overall and I keep doing the warehouse with 3-4 weapons, like a torch, a melee weapon with speed and a SVD (for range, need it if you get to the altar in the warehouse) and a FN Scar or similar weapon, for rapid shooting. This allows for a lot of bloody tears which give good stuff. 2) I always eat canned food, coz there came a point where I ran out of cooked food, and by accident I realized that Alcohol gets rid of 25 radiation points per sip, which I don't know if there's another purpose for yet. But eating radiated food that don't increase thirst levels and carrying alcohol with me helps a great deal. 3) I always take a compound bow with me everywhere, I find it's both easily available in most packages or zones, it allows for range shots, so for a lot of bosses who have slower speed, like the huntsmen boss in the Outskirts or the Undertakers camp for example, I hit and run till I can use melee on them. 4) The Undertakers camp is one of my favorites and I visit there whenever It spawns, using a compound bow with a melee weapon is more than enough to reap the benefits of good acid weapons which are very important for the warehouse. 5) Potatoes and Tomatoes are both best for cooking and restore a lot of health in all forms (esp when potatoes are clubbed with meat, that is the super best food) and I usually take tubers with me whenever I find them, and keep them to farm while I'm asleep, coz both tubers and tomatoes take a long time. 6) Exiting the zone frequently is always the best strategy for many reasons: - Switching weapons when attacked by multiple enemies, or even equipping grenades vs health (especially in the warehouse), the delays might be annoying, but worth it, vs dying quickly. - Going to the map, when doing offline tasks, early on in the game, I kept getting busy and lost a lot of good stuff coz I was talking to someone or just doing something (I know, my fault!), and exiting a zone, allows for a break of sorts, coz there's no pause button in the game, also your food and water levels don't exhaust when you are outside a zone, also health packs, can be reused faster with no delays unlike inside a zone, which has been my savior so many times. My overall favorite zones are definitely the mysterious basement, undertakers camp, warehouse, all green areas, forest outskirts and even scorched lands. I am yet to successfully crack desolated hollow, haven't really explored it yet and also the shelter of Dabson/Basho.

I can’t believed I played LDOE for so long and never knew about this game. DOZ is so much better, the story element, upgradeable crafting benches, the variety of resources and the increasing difficulty. Also the where to look button is so helpful for beginners! Definitely playing now

@Daniel Justin from 8 slots to 2, was like a big "you grinded for weeks/months? Too bad we don't care" also season 1 reward were bad, but lately all the rewards for content were bad, basements, terrible just to point one.
@Daniel Justin except when they did the new skill system, they made all the *rare* skills migrated with you. In the chopper the rarest and most useful skill "capacity" resets to 0, if they kept all the storage untouched for players that completed the choppers collection to max level, and only reset the other stats, now that would be like the converting you are referring to.

Played this game and got pretty far then quit due to the phone I had. Now I have a S23 ultra so downloaded it again and wow I forgot so much. So I remembered this video and luckily found it again. 👍

Just stumbled upon this video today. This is a great game I’m level 48 already, within just over a month or so. Repeatedly doing green zones and it does help levelling up. I’m a little sceptical about multiplayer, I can see higher level players (like those that spend money) raiding other lower level players which I can see is the point of multiplayer but that just puts people off. I will see how it goes but I may quit the game if it does go that way in the long run. It will be a shame I’m happy it just being what it is, just a standard campaign without fighting other players.
DOZ has a much better storyline and generally things make more sense. It also has a TON of shortcuts that make the game less annoying (when you build something, it automatically takes resources out of your chests to build it) LDOE has more locations
Doz is new will improve. Click one chest and you see EVERYTHING. So easy to use find things. While crafting u dont need to put them in your pocket. Doz is much easier. Has a storyline. Doesnt make u pay money. Events happen often not only on low energy like ldoe! Bicycle grease is not rare. Ldoe have ai players doz have almost none, no dogs in doz for me so far. Goin to zones cost less time in doz and energy generation is possible with food or sleep easily.
Well I may say im screwed. Was too scared to go to the warehouse early for quest to find Luka. Waited to be a higher level first and get better gear. Now Im stuck in this quest and the Carniflex is a tough nut to kill in lvl 52. And good armor is not easy to find/craft. Most loot box gives weapons/healing, rarely armor. Now im running low on healing and food. And almost naked in every resource run to save armor
I am already level 34 and havent done a warehouse run, yet. What level does it become harder to do, 34? At any rate this was a superbly informative video and I REALLY appreciate it. Thanks upon thanks, JCF.
omg im skewed . i downloaded the game a week a go and now im lv 61 but i never clear the warehouse once. first time i try at low level and died. i thought it will be easier when u are at high level. i dont even finish my bike yet. TT after i feel it turned into hell of grinding material to upgrade the workbench i just find this post. do u think i should restart the game? feel like i miss a tons of opportunities.
Damn when i was 7 i knew nothing Pro tip to defeating stinger in basement: melee him and keep running and do that agian and when he is far from you get out of the basemement to heal yourself the stinger will not heal when you get out of the basement so you can still kill him

DOZ has a much better storyline and generally things make more sense. It also has a TON of shortcuts that make the game less annoying (when you build something, it automatically takes resources out of your chests to build it)
LDOE has more locations
Doz is new will improve. Click one chest and you see EVERYTHING. So easy to use find things. While crafting u dont need to put them in your pocket. Doz is much easier. Has a storyline. Doesnt make u pay money. Events happen often not only on low energy like ldoe! Bicycle grease is not rare. Ldoe have ai players doz have almost none, no dogs in doz for me so far. Goin to zones cost less time in doz and energy generation is possible with food or sleep easily.
Well I may say im screwed. Was too scared to go to the warehouse early for quest to find Luka. Waited to be a higher level first and get better gear. Now Im stuck in this quest and the Carniflex is a tough nut to kill in lvl 52. And good armor is not easy to find/craft. Most loot box gives weapons/healing, rarely armor. Now im running low on healing and food. And almost naked in every resource run to save armor

omg im skewed . i downloaded the game a week a go and now im lv 61 but i never clear the warehouse once. first time i try at low level and died. i thought it will be easier when u are at high level. i dont even finish my bike yet. TT after i feel it turned into hell of grinding material to upgrade the workbench i just find this post. do u think i should restart the game? feel like i miss a tons of opportunities.
How did you get into the basement door to access sherps stash?
You need a fire axe then a hammer I already got opened Sherp's cache.

Pro tip to defeating stinger in basement: melee him and keep running and do that agian and when he is far from you get out of the basemement to heal yourself the stinger will not heal when you get out of the basement so you can still kill him

I want to ask you something is this game laggy on your device cuz it is kinda laggy on my device (Samsung Galaxy J7) however my device can run ldoe and Grim Soul perfectly.

To open that stash in the basement to get passed the door do u need a fire or a sharpened axe.
