  • 9 weeks ago, all i saw was a defeated and disappointed unfit mom. it was my enough is enough moment as i could not bear to look at my naked self in the mirror.
    But now I look at the mirror and believe that I have what it takes to change this feeling.
    The workout does not have to be perfect. the consistency dont have to be perfect. the timing dont have to be perfect. the attire don't have to be perfect (the beauty of home workout if you ask me).
    just keep taking that step forward one day at a time without rushing it.
    one thing different from this time around for me compared to the times i have tried to get back on track with my fitness lifestyle after piling on the weight from my birth control is i do NOT have a set time to achieve a flat tummy 😁😁😁😁
    anyways, if you are in that period where you cant stand looking at your naked self in the mirror and want to do somethig about it, i say GO FOR IT, MAMA!. You can do this.
    Dont wait for the perfect time to start , just start and try to enjoy the process instead of focusing on the end goal.
