Filament Winder Demo

I've finally finished making a custom mix of the famous filament winder. Very happy with the results though I need to add the auto-stop sensor to it.
I'm pleased with the combination of great remixes from Printables so I thought I'd share what I used to make it:
1. Upgraded winder from www.printables....

3. The universal spool centering adapter from www.printables....
4. Motor upgrade from www.printables....
5. The stand from www.printables....
6. TPU feet for the extrusion from www.printables....
7. Upgraded handle from www.printables....
8. Upgraded the filament carriage to add an extra bearing and guide on the slide using files from www.printables....
9. I use this spool sleeve to make it easier using its retaining slot www.printables....
10. To finish off the ends of the extrusion I use some end caps from www.printables...
I printed the main body in Bambu Matt Dark Blue, the gears and gear rods using TINMORRY Blue Carbon Fiber, the spool axles in Sunlu Black PETG and the feet and tensioner block in black TPU. Everything was printed in 0.4 nozzle in strength profile with gyroid infill.
The motor parts came from Amazon, the motor is www.amazon.com... (there is also a 200RPM faster version if you need more speed) and the controller is from www.amazon.com...
I ended up using a larger extrusion because it was the only kind I could get at the time but I've grown to like it.
