Very odd FPS readings you had. I believe that your spring might be a bit underpowered for that barrel length. The SLAB should be able to hit from 120-230 depending on spring/barrel, but below 100 is clearly something funky with the darts or spring/barrel ratio.
I'm glad more and more nerf content creators are making vids on this blaster. I love it and definitely one of my favorite springers to use

I'm betting the issues you had are due to a light spring with the SCAR; it's pretty tight for the spring load.
Yes, the barrel length + SCAR seems a bit much for that lighter spring.

I love the SLAB. Definitely my favorite lever action.
SLAB definitely needs a stronger spring with that PCAR. I'm using 5.5" of K25 (got my kit from Silverfox, and it was absolutely worth the wait) and the SLAB definitely likes BCAR for 200 fps with HE darts.
I was hitting 205 with no scar, printed scar was bringing it down to the 170-180s
@@Rancid_Ninja which is why I use a SCAR or BCAR. PCAR drags bad. My SLAB seems to like a 8° BCAR or Gavin's SBL SCAR

I really really enjoy Drac's channel outro music. This new one (for Christmas?) is doable.

I got to use a friend's slab at my last battle, It's pretty cool. I can't wait for sillys pump kit for the Deuce. Its air seal is too good to not have modularity.

Its an 116400GV, its my work watch and while it usually rides backseat to a GA2100 for wars and such, its my overall favorite and Im glad it gets camera time at the workshop.
I swear I've seen this priming mechanism design used previously by someone else, I got commissioned to do a cutaway firing animation for it around january-febuary.
Love Silly and they're gonna reinvent AEBs very soon. I'm excited.

Barrel looks a bit too long and printed scar is slowing it down a ton too, maybe try a slightly shorter barrel and a string or bearing scar instead of you wanna keep that 130ish fps.
Yes.
Try the slab without the scar or use a different one. For some reason I have not had good performance with it and same with some friends. That is what is causing a lot of doubt feeding if the darts are good.

This video is now a ~year old... just wondering if you ever got this blaster to fire correctly? (I see lots of comments about a different barrel/spring you should try - was the pre-built one you bought not built correctly or something?)... been eyeballing 3d printing this one myself with the OutOfDarts hardware kit, but your video (sorry, just bring honest) shows it shooting with absolutely horrible consistency (like my Leedle 3d printed ones using bungee cords seem to be WAY more consistent than this vid shows)... so you now have me second guessing the probably 50+ hours I would have to spend to print this (plus the money for the parts and filament). Thank you.

hey drac, i currently live in south florida and am looking for some people to play with near me. im kind of new to the hobby and ordered my dzp recently, and i really want to find a place to actually play. im not sure if there are any senc wars in north florida. if there are i would be willing to travel, but if you know any options in south florida that would be nice!
