I will try to address a few points being raised here.
1. Usually oka officer field level lo chese work andariki undadu. Most of it is done in secretary level. Even field work chesina em jogging shoes veskuni parigeduthu Pani cheyaru. Also anni roles ki field work avasaram undadu. Most of the policy making etc done inside offices with seniors.

వికలాంగులు కిలోమీటర్ల కొద్దీ ప్రయాణాలు చేసి ప్రతీ రోజు అన్నికాలాల్లో.. స్కూల్స్ పోయి ఫీసులు చెల్లించి చదుకోవట్లేదా... వాళ్ళు జనాలమాధ్యకి ఎందుకు పోలేరు ఉద్యోగానికి పదులసంఖ్యలో సహకారులు ఉండగా...మరి మేడం ఎందుకు ఆలోచన కోల్పోయారో... అనుకుంటాను... అది ఆమెద్యోగం అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్ మీదాన్న గౌరవం ఎక్కువై... సర్వీస్ మీద అవగాహన లాపించినట్టుంది..
మరి వారిని disabled అని పిలవటం ఎందుకు? అన్ని పనులు చేయగలరు కాబట్టి, రిజర్వేషన్లు తీసేస్తే పోలా.

@@prabhukumar1049 ఎంతోమంది అగ్రవర్ణాల పిల్లల్లో తెలివితేటలు లేని వారు ఉన్నారు. వాళ్లకి జీవితంలో ఏ విధమైన సెక్యూరిటీ లేదు. మరి వాళ్ళకి రిజర్వేషన్లు లేకపోతే బాధపడుతున్నామా? కనీసం వికలాంగులకు సంక్షేమ పథకాలు ఉంటాయి. వీళ్ళకి అయితే అసలు ఏమీ ఉండవు. ఉద్యోగాల్లో రిజర్వేషన్లు వేరు, వికలాంగులకు అసలు పూర్తిగా సంక్షేమ పథకాలు తీసివేయడం వేరు. బాలలత వంటి వాళ్లు ఏకంగా సవాళ్లు విసురుతున్నారు. మరి అంత తెలివితేటలు ఉన్నప్పుడు, అసలు రిజర్వేషన్లు ఎందుకు?
