The oldest mug I have is from the late 30's early 40's is a hand painted version stein-style mug. It has the Grand Turk ship on the front, and a detailed history of the ship on the back, explaining how it was the first to fly the stars and strypes. I won't use it, but it sits on my bathroom shelf. Anyone who hasn't tried a brush and soap shave should try it. You'll never go back to a can.
There exists a massive disconnect between the executives who call the shots and the everyday blokes who use regular products on a regular basis. The executives don't use regular products, instead relying on their standard units of measure which include quarterly revenue and market share updates. Instinct, innovation and general market awareness are qualities which have been completely abandoned within the hallways of corporate america imo, Rex & Razor Emporium notwithstanding of course.

If you can find an Old Spice mug with the original soap in it, you will be laughing. The best soap I ever used. Performance of the soap is unbelievable, the best soap ever by far.
Matt, this is a very interesting video. I didn't know these had any collector value. I have a mug with the inscription; "Ship Grand Turk Salom-1786", and an After Shave Lotion bottle with no inscription, but the same ship image as the mug. I bought these 20-30 years ago. I use the mug a couple of times a week, the lotion, not to often as the wife doesn't care for the Old Spice fragrance. I still have to use it at times though. LOL Thanks for posting.
Hi, sadly my milk glass old spice mug broke with change of temperature, yes i done it with hot water, cleverly stuck it back toghether with masking tape from the inside and use it as used blade bank. Too good to throw away, you'd know what I mean?? It's intrinsic value for keepsakes nothong more, thank u.

Old Spice should make shaving soap again. With DE shaving making a come back I don't know what they're waiting for.

They still do, but only in India. You can have it imported, but it's very expensive. Somewhere around $45-$50 per puck with shipping.
I have two of these both different from the 1960s the soap alone costs £40 to £50 in the U.K on ebay but proraso soaps fit perfectly.
I have a little Old Spice mug collection myself, along with a vintage Seaforth! Spiced mug.

Where can I buy the mug and soap in Toronto?
I would check out antique stores or thrift stores. I found mine at an antique shop here in Regina. TO must have lots of good shops too.

I've gotta buy one old spice mug, but the damn ebay shipping to Portugal is so expensive -_-
Yep same for Canada you can find a mug for 15$ but have to pay 30 to 40 for shipping!
