It's easier when the Spanish is shorter than the English, but you have to punt when the translation is longer, and the video is moving along briskly. The viewer may not be able to absorb all the info before it's gone from screen, so you start having to be selective - editing out bits. A syncing challenge! I'll work first on translating one of your talks (it will take a while) then explore the best way to publish. Might you suggest a particular talk to start with?
