SHRN Webinar: The Well-being in Schools and Colleges (WiSC) Study

This recording explores The Well-being in Schools and Colleges (WiSC) Study that studied the mental health and well-being needs of care experienced learners in secondary schools and further education college. The study utilised SHRN data alongside interviews with children and young people; adoptive parents and foster carers; school and college staff; social workers and CAMHS staff. The key findings regarding learners’ needs and experiences of support in schools are presented, along with actionable recommendations for optimising future support.
