Thanks for watching. I replaced the Johnson with a 1960 Mark 55 Mercury. Great motor! • 1960 Mercury 300E on a...
Absolutely fabulous job!
That turned out beautiful! Good job. Thanks for doing that!
Great little video...and beautiful work....Next time thru Perth....
Really well done, just "vintage cute".. Love it
It is lovely, just great, and the white motor sets it off very well too.
Thanks. That motor blew up. I replaced it with a sweet 1960 Mercury Mark 55.
Absolutely beautiful! Love this! May I ask where you found the blobs / lens for your stern light? I have one like that and it’s quite yellowed.
What size wheels is that? Safe? Probably 55mph max
Nice boat. I have a similar style boat, 1960 Elgin 14'. I need a windscreen with frame. Where did you get yours?
What speed are you getting with the 50?
just bought the same boat, how bad did repairs cost? and any tips
What speed did you get with the 35hp. Im restoring a 1957 seaking
I can get 26mph alone, 2 people top end is about 22mph. If we have people in the back, it takes awhile to plane, but after plane about 15mph. You may want to find a 50hp. The 35 Johnson blew up. I have a Merc 300 1960 on back now. Pretty much the same performance. However a much prettier motor!
That turned out beautiful! Good job. Thanks for doing that!
Thanks!
