Ana, I (and I’m sure a lot of other people that watch and love your videos) feel the exact same way as you about going out to do simple errands. I have this overwhelming feeling when I leave my house by myself that everybody is staring and judging me although I know in the back of my mind that in reality no body is looking at all, it just prevents me from doing simple daily tasks that others may find simple for example , catching the bus by myself, going into the shop to buy something by myself , making phone calls , even to the extreme where I feel like I just want to isolate myself in my room all day where I don’t feel pressured to make any kind of social contact with anybody. You could be developing social anxiety and that’s not a nice thing to assume as I know that a lot of people suffer from it behind closed doors and don’t want to glamorise or publicise it but it could be a possibility for you. I’m only 15 years old and by no means is what I’m about to say 100% accurate but there are several factors to what could have triggered this feeling that you endure, one being that you are a UA-camr and from UA-cam you obviously have insane support from your viewers but there are always going to be people who constantly try to bring you down and hate on you, this hate can cause emotional pain on yourself and after it has happened on multiple occasions your subconscious mind can create associations and can create thoughts that make you convinced that when you go out in your town to do things like get your nails taken off , it will end in emotional pain. Your subconscious mind then tries to protect you which causes you mental anxiety like extreme worrying and nervousness and even physical anxiety like redness in the face , shaking and a rapid heartbeat. What you need to do when you go out and are in these situations is to try your hardest to reduce your tendency of focusing on yourself , when you have or are developing social anxiety you tend to fear that your anxiety is visible to others so what you need to do is constantly remind yourself that how you feel is not visible to others. If you are worried about the amount of people that are in the nail shop when you enter you just need to keep reminding yourself to just be yourself, it’s as simple as that, there is no point in trying to put a front on for people to see because at the end of the day it’s impossible for everybody in the world to like you so there is no point in trying to be someone that you’re not , you also need to remind yourself that you are not the central focus of everybody’s attention and when having a conversation with somebody just try to concentrate on the conversation and not on how you look or feel and don’t replay parts of the conversation in your head that you may regret , just focus on the present. Ana , I am so proud of you for going to the nail shop to get your nails removed and you may be embarrassed of saying it but it’s nothing to be embarrassed of, I know that I would never be able to do something like that by myself so I am so proud of you for doing so , but please do not try and avoid social situations because it will lead to an increase in your anxiety and it will just become worse and worse, you need to embrace them like the beautiful girl boss you are and tell yourself that there’s nothing to be worries about and that you can do it! Also congratulations on passing your driving test first time that is amazing! ( also to anybody else who may be feeling this way , my instagram dms are always open , like I said I am no expert but I would really love to help anybody who is in this position and who feels like this ,if so you could leave your Instagram name in the comments and I will gladly message you ❤️). We all know you can get through this Ana , you are so beautiful with or without makeup on and your personality is absolutely amazing. I love you so much ✨💗

Hey anna congrats on passing your test i don’t usually comment on vlogs but when you was saying about going into town and being nervous and everything about going on your own etc etc i’ve literally been exactly the same recently and it’s got so bad to the point i’ve cancelled plans and stuff and i keep having panic attacks for no reason and i don’t know why it’s got a lot worst recently as well and i kinda want to find a solution 😕anyway hope you’re ok x

oh my gosh ana! Im exactly the same when I go out into public. Even though my town is very small, my anxiety is crazy! I have to have some sort of company. I’m even too scared to buy most things as I feel like everyone is judging me! Something I do is to keep myself distracted or maybe have a drink and something to eat and calm myself down. 💛💛💛💛

don’t worry ana - i used to be the exact same - it stopped me from going places - my advice is to find a counseller or just someone to talk to about what you are feeling and i’m sure they can help! i’m not an expert just going off my experience and what helped me x

I suffer with General anxiety disorder & everything you said in this video is how I feel when I’m having an anxiety attack, that state your in at the time, there is nothing that compares to how scary it really is. I’m on medication now & although the anxiety is still there it helps me block it out & im able to live a normal ish life!! Anxiety is wicked & can play havoc on your body! I thought I was having low blood sugars when it all started in December for me, turns out after blood tests etc that I was diagnosed with anxiety! I didn’t think i would EVER get something that is so debilitating as anxiety. Mental health hits the best of us! I’d have a chat with your GP & get some advice! All the best ana! I think definitely sounds like a bit of anxiety Anna. I would recommend talking about it a lot as I think it helps with me. I can’t go out on my own to my local town if there’s people about I get really anxious and start to panic. It’s absolutely awful I hope you feel better ❤️

I’m not a doctor or a psychologist but I started getting this feeling and I still do but the doctor told me that I had social anxiety. The one thing that helps me with this is just thinking to myself.what is the worst that could happen and try and think realistically. Love you hope this helps 💖

@@katierussell6485 have u tried cbt? It worked really well for me. Doesnt work for everybody, but its deffo worth a try. I didnt leave my house for 6 months it was that bad. I still have bad days, but nowhere near as bad as before. Xxx

I have used to have the same feeling when going to town on my own and I am diagnosed with social anxiety disorder. I think you have to decide on your own how bad your anxiety is but if you feel like it is affecting your day very bad than maybe you should see a therapist. Love from Germany

awh congratulations! I’m quite a bit older than you, 23 to be exact 😂 but i only just passed my test 6 months ago but it was the best thing I decided to do. It really does give you so much more independence and it’s nice to just be able to drive yourself anywhere you want.
