Merga definitely got so much similarities for the Castors, but it is different. It overall gives a different experience. But, personally, i don’t prefer the Merga as the Harman version delivers more value than it. You can even find the castors at a lower price at the current market.
I have both of the Castors (really only got the Harman version bc it was super cheap on Ali, though) so I'll give the Merga a skip. Thank you for another great review and comparison! 👍
They are different. If you want a bass heavy set, get the castor bass. If you want a mid range centric super fun set, get the Wan'er. I like them both, but my favorite is the Wan'er among these 2.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I'm having some health issues in the past few weeks. I really appreciate what faisal did with the categorized recommendations. I haven't used all the IEMs he mentioned but i can agree with him. My recommendations are the qkzxhbb, EDC pro and 7Hz zero(og) for your requirements. But don't expect competitive gaming level performance from these budget sets, sure they do outperform the asking price, but won't enough for games like valorant and apex.
Kiwi ears Cadenza, EPZ Q1 Pro, Kinera Celest Abyss or Blond Bl 03. I have used Truthear GATE which bas just a little bit big for my ears and its sound was also not enough for me. I want comfort , music and gaming. So which one should i go for or any other around 40 dollars.
If the gate doesn't fit your ears, then all the IEMs you mentioned here won't fit you except the Blons. But, at the current market, blon is now a bit outdated. I recommend you to go with the Simgot EW200, it is compact and high quality. It is a brighter set, but it is amazing for both music and gaming. Only avoid them if you are a treble sensitive person.
Bro I've a question, I have a Waner green n I'm wondering if bass castor would be worth spending money on for me, my taste is more on balanced + bass head oriented. I'm asking this coz I saw a comment of yours where you said you will pick waner instead of bass castor for music listening. To be really clear will I get disappointed with bass castor since I'm already listening with waner or will it be a nice addition for me. ?
Hey, I don't know how is missed your comment. Extremely sorry for the late reply. Castor bas is definitely a different addition. But i recommend you to get something like 7Hz Zero 2. It is also totally different from the Wan'er. Castor bass will be too much bassy.
@@weirdear95 It's okay bro I bought castor coz I wanted to experience it myself, I already had Zero 1 n liked it too but even after buying castor my favorite is waner still coz of it's mid-range n vocals. Also I would like to make a suggestion that make a video about good listening etiquette or rules as I feel many kids or young people can destroy their hearing using this IEM's as IEM's are easily accessible to many people n have the potential to decrease their hearing coz nobody pays enough attention to ear health before it gets out of hand n loudness + IEM's sit directly in the ear canal closer than othe types of earphones or headphones. So yes make a video for new comers/beginner about good methods to properly listen without affecting one's ear health. 👍

The recently shipped out castors might have had their drivers swapped out, and are no longer nearly as good? Any way for you to test that?

this may be a bit off topic. is Simgot dew0 good enough for playing fps game ? if pair it with Castor (harman) or Qkz x HBB ?
Yep, i use this combination for the past few months and it works really well. Highly recommend.
Hello sir, which is best for watching movies and listening to music?
Castor silver is better. But i recommend you to wait for the new castor pro. My units are on the way and please wait for it's reviews.

Kz edx pro vs merga vs castro based on performance pls
I don't have the edx pro, so i can't do that comparison, sorry. Between merga and castor, i easily recommend the castor over Merga.
Sorted to my preference..
1- Castor (Harman-Silver)
2- EDX Pro
3- Castor (Bass-Black)
I'll take Grand maestro frm Fatfreq..n dats it..Done!...Peace!
Haha, lol😁😁
If you can afford it in first place
Rather buy the scarlet mini which gives a good bass or maestro se
you should use AI voice
Agree. I'm trying my best, a mix between narrated and written format is the most ideal i think.
