A couple of things that Edward didn't mention is that hybrid vehicles use about 10% more platinum then ICE vehicles, and as governments want us to become more green, auto makers will be making more hybrid vehicles. Also, although platinum is recycled, you can never recover 100% of the material, there is always some lost.....Another thing is that there aren't enough battery metals in the world for everyone to have a battery car, so ICE vehicles will be with us indefinitely.....South Africa is a real wild card....Their economy is barely functioning with 8-10 hours a day of blackouts....If SA devolves into chaos (and we hope it doesn't) considering that SA produces 68-80% of the worlds' platinum, this could put a real dent in the supply.

Platinum has been relatively cheap for quite a while now. Besides physical Pt, my only speculation is on PLG. 🤞🏼
