Come close now and One Day are my favorite so far, but this is the one I relate to the most. I remember feeling like this years ago as a young Christian. I knew I was loved but I felt I didn’t deserve it. I thought I would rather be punished for things I’d done wrong. Being loved was a hard thing to take for me, but I’m learning little by little. I caught this at the end of the movie Unbridled. I had to find it so I could hear it again. Being Loved is a Hard Thing to Take is extraordinary. I think its Christa Wells voice as much as the lyrics. If someone else sang it, it wouldn't have the same impact.
