Man this video is so valuable! At a camp in 2017, this exact breathing exercise taught me so much about my air and how to breathe better in general. I gained a lot of valuable stuff from SCV and I wasn't even given a contract lol. Definitely still plan on coming back when I finish scrounging together money.

@@fine1298 none of my kids have them. I work closely with the nurse. You don't have to worry about that. We live and die by 504s and IEPs in the public schools.

We do this SAME exact exercise everyday with the same vocab and things. We don’t call them dynamics we call them “__ count air”
