PINACI news vs The Police - Oh Dear !
DISCLAIMER: Any reference to Cabbage Patch dolls is for caricature purposes only and in no way a suggestion that PC 25550 is ugly.😊
Police hint of using section 5 public order act for standing on the pavement !
Location = Cosham , Portsmouth, UK
Spent the day shooting street photography, took over 300 photos, some good lots bad ! Police get triggered after just two pictures of police cars, Then the police tried to enforce what they don't like but fail.
Noticed that the police parked on the pavement at the end of the video were an unmarked armed response vehicle. They said they were there for a domestic but I believe otherwise.

51 years ago when I joined the police having my photograph taken was the least of my worries. I did foot patrols alone at night with just a whistle and a truncheon, no radio, ASP, pava spray or tazer. These kiddies and their granny (sorry officers) are afraid of their own shadow. My son in law who is a constable with North Wales police tells me basic training is down to 12 weeks of alternate classroom and shadowing a "tutor" bobby with just 3 years service. They do more training modules on equality and diversity than common law. No wonder they are a bunch of petulant snowflakes with little concept of public service.
community wardens ? glorified traffic wardens? revenue collecters? ??
Tai Chi Tube. That particular project fear, has been passed on to the newspapers.....
By the over privileged tory rich pricks.....
"...bunch of petulant snowflakes with little concept of public service."
In ten words, you perfectly described what law enforcement has become in both the UK and the United States.
Brilliant. Well said sir.
John Bratley Excellent comment. I was a copper in Leeds in the early 1970s. I did have a silly pye pocketphone radio and a bit of beech wood in my trouser pocket. I did 13 weeks basic residential training. A number of local courses and then another four week residential refresher after 18 months. I patrolled on foot by myself most of the time. Two years probation. My son is about to join Avon and Somerset and he is required to do a bloody degree. It’s completely barmy. he won’t be a better copper because of it. These three women coppers are truly pathetic and dozy creatures. Ugly Natalie is like a bloody parrot.
cop's just can't stand people standing up to them, and knowing their rights.
she waddled away, you can actually see her waddle
@camo man she waddled because she is bordering on special needs
@camo man :You need to go into politics !
rugmuncher
Colin Dowden ............ a right old lardy ass
@Colin Norman correct
i see the annually fitness test has gone to sh!t
As has the entry test.
And coppers wonder why even little kids laugh at them.
Watching these police officers I am reminded of the old adage, "sometimes its better to say nothing and be thought an idiot, than open your mouth and remove all doubt".
Ha! Perfectly appropriate phrase...note to self "Remember that one"...lol
They are causing alarm and distress making a situation out of nothing then threatening you with an offense that didn't occur. Is this what policing is in the UK now YES
@@AJ-yt5rw I can tell you haven't much dealings with police or you are actually a copper. Times are changing Adam and people are fed up of police bully tactics and abuse of their powers. I've dealings with police and they didn't protect me against a hammer and knife attack, I did it myself and then they didn't collect CCTV evidence after 3 requests and fxcked my last year up. I know their behaviour only to well. Times are changing Adam we are changing it. But obviously your not
And when she said that I was wondering who in public was alarmed and distressed? Unless the officer was talking about herself. Cause everyone else was just walking by ignoring the cameraman, which is what those ladies should have done.
@@AJ-yt5rw And if the police acted within their powers there would be no reaction to film so good on everyone who is willing to stand up to the bullies and do as this gentleman does. And if you actually believe the officers in the X5 then you sir are a guilable sap.
@@ID-hg1pr Oh but they are threatened by a completely overt filming expedition and their extensive terrorist training kicked in. Did you know 3 times more people die in police custody than by terrorist attacks in the UK Who should be scared? Officers?
Keith Whitty they make it up as they go along
These clowns would give an aspirin a headache!😎
*Years ago to qualify as a police officer .you had to do a weekly fitness check running cross country or 5 miles solid these fat arses on here must be all unfit *
I love how when cops get asked for their name and numbers they just do a little dance 😂
Yeah very reluctant to identify themselves ..can imagine them singing along to I’m a little teacup short and stout …
I love the fact the Seargent who comes later does not identify herself and then starts asking loads of questions. Public servants? I think not. I for one do not want my tax wasted on Police activity like this.
She is a severnt but there's too many different ways to serve she just like many serve in a dark light plus government keep acts in play that are older then a reliant robin what can you ¿?
Policing by consent?..... when was the last time you gave written consent to be policed???
@ Alex Tomlins .... Actually they are NOT 'Public' Servants !......They are 'Crown' Servants ! ..... That's why I now call them all 'The Enemy' ! .....
that policewomen has some kind of physical disability
Alex Tomlins tax is extortion. Extortion is a crime.
Love when the bobbies say, "I'm asking politely" to violate your rights! As if decorum makes it palatable.
@@kevthedev9541 it's good thing this ain't in those countries then right? We're allowed to take photos in public without shit cunt cops telling us what we can or can't do cause it's hurt their feelings. Fucking melt
The big difference is this guy's unlike the cop's cameras the footage won't be edited or lost unlike the cops.
she must be a mind reader, cause i never heard anyone tell them they felt alarmed or distressed!
It’s weird how the fear of cameras has become so prevalent.
Perhaps people are feeling extra guilty these days about something.
Worst part is the government has us desensitized to all the cameras they have put up to monitor us.
The Sergeant, looks like she's scoffed a buffet.

She has lard retention... she can't help it. It must be her time of the MUNCH. lulz
Part of their training should be “walk away when you’re wrong”, no point in asking the questions if they aren’t going to listen to the answers. Just hanging round repeating themselves makes them look ridiculous.
Or at the very least they should be taught the law they are trying to enforce...?
They can't be going around arresting or threatening members of the public with no basic knowledge of the acts and statute legislation they will later rely on to justify said arrest/threat.
The people are waking up thanks to these audit channels and other channels who are teaching the true meaning of the legislation and how to use it properly to protect ourselves against these woke commie revenue generators.
Surprised these traitors had the time to harrass you, surely there was a grooming gang that needed covering up somewhere or someone posting hurty words on the internet nearby?
“At the risk of repeating myself, I politely decline”
It's a shame he doesn't just exercise his right to silence.
I just love how calm and assertive you are.
5.30, the “fret” level, silly bint.
The 'fret' level that has never dropped below 'severe' since we adopted the grading system in 2002. It's like the Doomsday Clock. If the minute hand never dips below five minutes to midnight then what exactly is the point of it?
When that cabbage patch doll popped up , I nearly wet myself laughing 😂😂😂
Get another job if you’re scared ladies
@Colin Norman Lmao.
Do the police not have to be physically fit? two of those women look like their only exercises is running to the pie shop
*Waddling to the pie shop !
They don’t eat pies Just sandwiches a sausage roll couple of cream cakes n a big 2 litre bottle of iron bru
Nowadays many are obese.. just as well they spend their days policing hurty tweets..
And the other one running to the tattooist
"I was just gonna go, but now this part of the story".....Lmfaooo!
You have captured the utter childishness of the modern day police. They cannot speak ‘normally’ with the specific monotone sound. They really are becoming so immature in their behaviour bro. You caught it beautifully. 👍👍👍👍👍

Exercise equipment and then donate it to the police. We are pretty much wasting our tax money on them anyway so why not? Lol

These Police Officers should of just ignored him, instead they made themselves of bunch of Prat’s
should HAVE just ignored him...... should OF just ignored him makes no sense
If all of these officer's would just smile and say Hi Mum and walk away they would not embarass their selves you would think they had a touch of common sense
@@dannyadamson5580 what are all these hysterical people gonna do when cameras built into spectacles or contact lense cameras become common? You would think that they would be used to cameras with all the dash-cams around, and cameras on buildings and drones and sattelittes?
Busybody's with nothing else to do. Yet they complain that there isn't enough police on streets. This guy is entitled to do this, he's broken no law. And yet there is 3 of them to deal with this total joke.
Probably not a good idea to talk of prats when you misused an apostrophe!
Just a heads up, carrying a tissue with you is not against the law either.
Well said all the sniffing

Sad to see austerity in effect, where only half-a-dozen officers can be spared to involve themselves when someone's taking photos.

The Whinja Ninja lol I would love to hear an auditor state that.
I love the "Threat Level" excuse. The Chief Cunstable has to make a request to the home office to make that one work and an office of Inspecter and above on site to enable the use of said excuse.

Fortunately there is specific group that likes this kink
This is what they waste the Police Precept on, and still they want more.
"You can have our numbers as we are doing nothing untoward."
Eh?
Outmatched on common law so throws in a three syllable word hoping to sound smart...failing to understand the contradiction.
I've been on the courses, folded arms are regarded as 'confrontational'
The bit at 15.34 priceless!! Made my day thanks🤣🤣🤣👍
cop: we wear cams for protection, you wear it as a weapon
“You can have our numbers because we’re not doing anything untoward...” It surprises me the Police still fall for this deliberate provocation, legal or otherwise.
Does that statement also translate as 'we wouldn't give you are numbers of we were acting unlawfully'.
The Face of the Power Trip, Being Educated on Law!!🤣😂🤣
What you doing now? live streaming' what you live streaming too' the internet Dooh' lol lol lol . luv it .....
About to go to bed and a 20 minute PINACI News video pops up on my feed. Oh well, an excuse for another cup of tea before retiring I guess...
The guys driving in the car dealt with things the right way. They asked questions but did so in a friendly way. When you declined to answer they accepted it and moved on. As did the guy eighteen minutes in. If the first three had done the same they'd have not made themselves look so silly.
Though youd love this :
To WALK along a canal tow path you need a BOAT LICENCE...according to 2 PCSO in WEST MERCIA
The ladies looked like they were all business,, but they weren't expecting that kind of pushback.....that was an indicator that they should think about easing up on the "NCIS" reruns..
Interesting this ... 12th September 2019 19:45 I was kicked off my bike and robbed at knifepoint by two “gentlemen not of British ethnicity”. I suffered a broken finger, lacerations to my hand where I attempted to defend myself and both knees were down to the subcutaneous fat, not a single member of South Yorkshire’s finest came to see me until 18 HOURS after the incident. Yet you can attract four WPC’s for a good 15 minute exchange over taking pictures? Is there any wonder why they are mistrusted and despised!
Funny how she wanted you to move out of the way, and was standing in peoples way herself and the spot you were standing before. Clearly she's above the law herself.
Years ago i remember a toy called a 'cabbage patch doll' when i watch this video it comes back to me, can you see why ?
Officer "It's against security." looks remarkedly similar to the Cabbage Patch Kids dolls from the early 1980's.
She and her collegues acted like ignorant, spoiled, little children on a power trip. Absolutely ridiculous!
You stay so calm, my adrenaline would be pumping so hard I would be shaking, getting angry and probably be stupid enough to get myself arrested.
Well done you for teaching them they're not hired to enforce their will, they're hired to enforce the law.
I'm on the guys side, but there is a lot of people standing out side police stations taking videos waiting for a reaction... To be honest I have better things to do with me life.. Sad really if your life comes too stand out side a police station taking videos
I hear you but the problem is that however many people make videos or take photos of police stations NONE of them are breaking the law in doing so. If the police weren't in such a hurry to dominate and control lawful activities there would just be a nice video of a guy walking and talking giving info about a town.
Yeah I get anxiety watching these chaps.
There's a thought, have never seen a girl doing this, send in a female I guarantee she wouldn't be hasteled any where near as much if at all.
Unless she's a looker as well, then the testosterone will play a very different part asking for her details.
I'm not sure why it appears to be mainly a male dominated activity, maybe men have more free time?

Yeah time to waste as in a waste of time.
Real women wouldn't join the Police FARCE just look at those that do.
I still think using a women to audit the Police FARCE or the In-Security services would be very interesting.
Wasting police time is a crime, someone needs to tell these clowns. I don't pay my taxes for them to stand around making up laws.

Random Fandom if you waste police time you get find, if they waste your time they think it's ok. We as taxpayers should remind the police that we employ them to sort out crime not bully people who are doing a lawful hobby.

My dad was an inspector. I know he'd be appalled at the majority of coppers nowadays, but that first cop, in the first conversation, was a diamond. Please let him be an example to the rest of you.
What is it with police thinking that 'asking you politely' warrants total compliance.
Yeah, I got sick of hearing 'politely,' especially as her intent was to intimidate and not be polite really.
OMG The look on that woman's face when you snapped her pic was priceless. Where I live we call that a CBF (Cat Butt Face) lolololololol
I had to Google 'cabbage dolls', I can see the resemblance. Haha.
Bloody hell. When Cabbage Patch fell out of the ugly tree she must have hit every branch on the way down. This is the level of ignorance that our Police Service have descended to and somehow I feel that they will do their best to descend even further. And we pay for this level of incompetence. Refund please.
Dunno about about everyone else, but I take photos and digital recordings for historical and archival purposes..... 👍
jesus jones Well that was yesterday. Today, a camera is a weapon to most police, and even to most people. They see it as capturing who they really are. Maybe people are afraid of cameras because they're afraid of themselves. People don't seem to have much confidence in themselves today, and I don't know why. Social media helps people create false perceptions about themselves, and cameras expose who they really are. Who knows? It'd be an interesting study though.
jesus jones I guess a camera pointed at them while in someone's hands appears invasive to them. I have no idea. They find it threatening, and that baffles me. It didn't use to be that way. I think after 9/11 police equate cameras to plotting something nefarious, which is silly, but that's how they've been trained. But I think psychologically cameras pointed at them makes them feel scrutinized; whereas in the past, before mobile phones and small convenient video cameras, they felt they could do things more under the radar. Now, it's not as simple.
@jesus jones bro come record some number plates in northern Ireland an see how long you are free.
jesus jones Well, I never claimed to know anything that "is going on," hence why I'm making suggestions, asking questions, and exploring possibilities. And yes, I understand things about corporations, but no I don't know everything, but then who does? This war on terrorism thing though, based on my research, seems to be an attempt to make society so paranoid and scared that we voluntarily exchange freedom for "security." And by the looks of these videos, the police are certainly buying into it.
Colin Norman Well, that's just it, the tables have turned as far as being able to conveniently watch the ones that are watching us. Even if it just concerns a mobile phone or video camera, that's still pretty significant, because we can see the state's enforcers up close on the public streets, and hold them directly accountable for whatever they do at that very moment.
Begin sending these vids to ACPO to see what they think of their thugs intimidating the public.
ACPO doesn't exist anymore I think it was replaced by the IPCC or one of the alphabetical bodies.
Big Steve Akam the ipcc
