Rin is most definitely a witch as it was stated in the video, but she doesn't want to be those kind of witches (that we see in cartoons) that are scary,evil and stuffs. She hated the tradition and with her magic, she became completely opposite of what she's supposed to be. She kind of grants wishes (you get my point). As the rumors were spreading all around the world, the countries visited her telling their problems and stuff.... She was now getting annoyed because of... (for some reasons, I can't put it into words) With that, she gave all the "influencial people" love and courage. Knowing that they all were satisfied with their desires, the witch now is lonely and she doesn't like the peacefullness so she somehow managed to bring the complete opposite of love and courage like chaos and etc. or she just killed them all. please do correct me if I was wrong since this are all based on my observations of the song.
I think its the opposite she had all these requests but she gave love and courage to the leaders of the world so with compassion the leaders work on improving others lives so people no longer have to visit her. This is why in the end she is alone because no one needs to visit her anymore.
The mistake that she made is that she granted all the influential people in the world love and courage. The "normal" people can't make any requests, because the influential people are hiding her existence.
