My Bowie’s beard turns black right away when he looks at himself in the mirror!! Lol!!
This happened to my Frito (11 months old) recently! He has been totally chill and sweet and then suddenly started to be more feisty towards his reflection. We did get a new dragon recently but he hasn't reacted like this when we got the other two dragons lol.
He is more offended by himself than by the other dragons, haha!
@@MeetMarmaduke Frito knows he's my boy though. He gets to stay in the bedroom (which has a view into the office so it's rare he gets any time when he can't see me). Then we have Dorito and Paprika who were bought the same day from a pet store (Paprika wasn't letting Dorito eat and he was so thin husband liked her cause of her colors and my eldest begged to take Dorito home to try and save him). Santa brought Pasta for my youngest (who is now 12 months old and a leather back who adores cuddles and just went through his first shed with us). We've said we'll stop there but at this point I'm all in.

Hi so I have been searching though your older videos from 2 years ago. I am trying to figure out what happened with the original idea of building the pots into the wall and putting flowers in. What did he eat? Did they die, how did you care for the plants in there?
Hi!!! Thanks for stopping by! Yeah the live plants didn't last long haha. First he started eating them.... His favorites were the sedums! Then he starting climbing, scratching, and jumping all over the rest until they were ruined (aloes, geranium, aeonium, ficus, etc.). Even with me watering them and replacing the dead ones as needed, they just couldn't compete with my ferocious beast of a dragon. The only ones that really survived were the tillandsia (air plants) since they are such hardy plants. After I while I gave up pn it and switched entirely to fake plants! It might be worth doing in a bioactive setup though, since there is more nutritional support for the plants and they might actually survive.
@@MeetMarmaduke Thankyou for replying? Can I do a bioactive setup without a clean up crew? I want to have that dirt look and have plants but I do not want those bugs free roaming is rather just clean myself
@@elisabethborst950 Hmm, not sure on that! The isopods, springtails, and other bugs are a fairly important component for healthy cycling of nutrients within the tank. You could try it out but I'm not sure if you'd be able to effectively remove all decaying plant debris, beardie poops, shed skin, etc. before they start to rot. Worth a shot at least! Good luck and let me know how it turns out!
