      Hi there! Thanks for watching! Yes, I lived on the ridge, in Ridgeway Gamma!! I was fortunate enough to be placed in a half-stack (4 girls to the bathroom), but most stacks are 8 to a bathroom (with multiple toilets and showers). Both Ridgeway Gamma and Beta are built the same way, with stacks and suite-style bathrooms instead of corridor style dorms with one bathroom for the whole floor! Hope this helps! Welcome to Western! Go Viks!

      @@HeyHayHay01 ahhh omg thank you so much! in your opinion do you prefer gamma/beta over kappa?

    • @HeyHayHay01
      @HeyHayHay01  4 роки тому

      I've personally never been in Ridgeway Kappa, but I do know that it is a more traditional style with the corridor dorms. I loved living in Gamma though, I personally made really good friends with my suitemates. I think the only downside of living in Gamma/Beta is that because they are stacks, you only really get to know the people that you share the bathroom with (In my case, 2 other girls + my roommate), I never really met or ever saw my neighbors. Hope this helps!

    How did you make your bed taller?

    • @HeyHayHay01
      @HeyHayHay01  4 роки тому +3

      Hi there! For the dorm I was in (Ridgeway Gamma) everything that I needed to raise my bed was already in the dorm when I moved in! The “headboard” and “footboard” have little notches in them so you can make the bed as high or as low as you want! I put my bed to the highest it could go so I could have more storage space! I’m pretty sure my dad used a hammer to knock the bed-frame into place since it was a little stuck haha! Definitely a 2+ person job! Hope this helps!

      @@marleejane8264 Hi! Thank you so much for commenting! I love going to wwu! When I first toured the campus, I felt like it was the right fit for me and could see myself attending! You definitely would like it if you love WA because the school is right on the water, about an hour or so to Mt. Baker, and about 20 minutes from the Canadian border if you're looking for a weekend getaway. Bellingham gets sun, rain, snow, and lots of wind!! Everyone that I have encountered on campus has been very friendly. I am a business major as well!! I have finished all of my pre-requisites and officially declared my major! The business school has been really nice so far and I have heard only good things! Hope this helps! Go viks! :)
