And how do you determine how much toe hand you need? Yes, you can get fitted, but putter fitting is not ubiquitous. Does Callaway have any tools available to determine proper fit for toe hang and
direct you to the proper putter?

We offer a specific putter fitting in which we ensure we get the face angle returning to square as much as possible. It has to match your stroke mechanix, but there is not a one size fits all equation.
