I just started distilling water and ill never forget looking into the distiller after the first 4 liter distill....the crap in the bottom of my distiller blew my mind...some of it looked like brown sludge and the sides were covered in a film of slippery oil type stuff...😨

I've started using a timer plug with my distiller, ensuring it stops with a small amount of water left in the tank. Benefits are that it makes cleaning so much easier, and I've noticed a cleaner taste in the distilled water.

I used to get reoccurring bladder infections my whole life, and back in 2019 i finally stopped going back to the Dr for RX antibiotics and switched my water to distilled and healed the issue through fasting and herbs as well as changing my diet to vegan high raw, and now am further healing my body, mind and soul through whole raw fruit-based and seasonal juice-cleansing and water fasting, it is truly Amazing how the body is entirely capable of healing when we remove all the unnecessary crap. And water is definitely Number One!

I sure hope you read this. It has saved me huge on clean up! And it doesn’t affect the taste of the water at all. I belong to some distilled water groups, so I’ve learned some secrets.
When you pour your water into the receptacle, put a full teaspoon of the citric acid powder sprinkled in, let it fall to the bottom, and then distill your water As usual. you have to remember it will not go into your new water because it won’t rise in the steam your water still taste the same but you open up your receptacle and miracles no sludge no calcium it’s beautiful all the time.
I use an appliance timer (heavy duty)so set my Distiller to stop when there’s about a half hour left so there’s probably an inch or two water left in there. Can you play around with it a few times you’ll see time is what’s best.
Also I don’t dump that few inches of water out it’s still clean believe it or not because of the citric acid, so I just add more water to it and another few little pinches of citric acid to let it fall to the bottom. Try this you will not be sorry. 😊

Or you would use reverse osmosis water before distilling. I have a reverse osmosis and the water I get from it reads 2ppm... crazy... I distilled some tap water in my distiller and the TDS read 24 ppm... I'm so confused.. so from now on when I distill, I'm going to distill a gallon of RO water at a time

I live in South Carolina USA. I am on my 2nd Waterlovers distiller . I think the first one for about 1 1/2 years. All of a sudden it would not stay on and popped the circuit. I opened it up and cleaned it where the fan is located, but that didn’t help. So I just bought another one, the same unit. I still love it. Also I wanted to say, your water must have a lot of junk it in. My water tank never gets that dirty after 3 weeks. I buy citrus acid off Amazon food grade to clean my tank. Thanks for your video.

I use the exact same distiller, it’s a godsend, the water is delicious, I go through at least one full pitcher per day, so my distiller runs at least once a day. Also add a pinch of Celtic sea salt or pink Himalayan salt to your distilled water it charges it with electrolytes and minerals, and gives it a really nice taste.

Hi Ella, I recently started drinking distilled water. I had the same experience you described that the water just tasted so clean and pure. I also couldn’t believe how much better my coffee and tea tasted using distilled water. I’m never going back to tap water again either. One suggestion is that in order for your distiller to to be effective in removing all VOC’s (volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds) it’s necessary to keep changing your carbon filter about once a month. They’re pretty inexpensive and really helpful to keep your water as clean as possible. My wife has stage 3a kidney disease and is drinking distilled water too. I have got to believe this is going to be beneficial to her health. I hope drinking distilled water helps you with your kidney health issues. Thanks for sharing your story!

Dear Ella, you paid so much money for this distiller, but you don't clean it after each use! You have to, it is written in the instruction! You say that the sensor did work in the beginning but stoped working. It is due to scale formation sensor doesn't do its job!
I had distiller with 4L jar and I know that cleaning inside of the container every day is borring, but it is very important for the long life of the machine and water quality!
I'm glad they came up with 2.8L jar as 4L was too heavy for me to lift up. Also, this machine looks smaller and good thing is it's one body. The 4L jar I was scared to break accidentally.
Thank you for your review, I looking to replace my old distiller and I came up to your review.

I can get a 22 cups Zero Water filter for $30 here in the States. The water has zero TDS per the TDS meter that came with the filter. Even the distiller water shows 5 ppm and rarely do get it down to zero TDS. And I don't have to worry about removing all the gunk at the bottom of the distillers after each batch. Just throw away the filter after 40 gallons and put in a new one.

The distilled water is actually cleaning your system out. Your body is detoxing, so you’re going to get symptoms detoxing. I would look into Cellcore to make detoxing and drainage gentle. I think you have a problem with drainage, your liver might be backed up on waste. So when your drainage system is properly hydrated, it’s moving junk in a way that you’re not used to. Your body will detox and heal.

I believe this one is from Amazon however it seems it's currently unavailable. If you Google 'Water lovers Distiller ' you'll find it available elsewhere.

I bought a $300 distiller and the water smelled and tasted like chlorine after distillation. I returned that crap and bought a 3 filter filtration system for half the price.

And why not just buy bottles of distilled water? I thinnk the ones used for battery cars are very cheap.

That's what I use and it taste great. No plastic taste unless you leave it out in the heat in your car. If I accidently do leave it in a hot car I have to poor it out because it taste terrible after that

Getting a little pricey past couple years. In grocery stores anyway. Haven't checked the battery water.

@@edjackson4389There will still be plastic leached into the water. Why not invest in a distiller?
