Wow, I've been looking for this intro for so long! On the TVA network in Montreal, an intro with dancing and flamenco was used for the regular broadcast, but this intro was used for "Interactive television" broadcasts (in which you could choose from 4 sporting events to watch at a time)
Fun in the positive sense, yes. There were more creativity given the technical limitations, people tried interesting new solutions and made great visual discoveries. In my opinion most graphics today are too streamlined and similar, we have unlimited digital possibilities, but most creators don't use them.

Porque mucha gente insiste en POLITIZAR toda clase de cosas que tengan que ver con Catalunya o el País Vasco. Los JJOO son sólo eso. DEPORTE, que "nada" tiene que ver con la politización que se ha hecho del resto de la cultura catalana.

To celebrate the 30 years of Barcelona 1992, I'm gonna watch this amazing intro. I've watched this at the time when I saw Sochi 2014.
