I think this is the Best video tutorial I have watched!! Could it be done with faux leather too? Why did you put those two little screws in the back? Amazing work thank you for sharing❤

Thank you very much for watching my video. Yes it can be made with faux leather too if you find a thick and not soft piece, but the edges won't look good. I add the screws for extra safety, however if you use good quality wood, this step is optional

Thank you! I used 2,3mm Samoa leather. It is stiff and it’s surface is like velvet

What did you use to attach the little bits of leather on the bag for the strap to attach to?

I am not sure if I understood the question right... you are probably referring to the nails that attach the leather with the wood. They are decorative nails (or Upholstery Nails)
