To any that may think the Riva upgrade kit is expensive - Struggling to remove the flame arrestor for 3+hrs then risking debris entering your engine or damaging throttle body flange makes the Riva kit quick, easy and well worth it.
I honestly wouldn’t remove that for 2 extra hp.. it’s seadoos only air filter. It mayn’t be for that exact purpose but if anything large somehow made its way towards the engine this would atleast stop it
Hi there , a Riva 215 drop in wheel and injectors and also a Riva Intake . Then a impeller to match new power level . This will make for a awesome PwC 👌 if you haven’t yet done the super charger service kit then do that as well to make sure the new drop in supercharger impeller runs well .
Hey ,your ski does not have a screen in your manifold. It has a intercooler in there . The restricter screen only started in 2008 skis . you will see that there are two copper pipes coming out of your intake manifold ,they are for the cooler .
Only since 2008' 255 hp skis started to get the restricter . your 2006' ski has a intercooler inside the intake manifold ,you will see two copper pipes coming out of it as a confirmation.
+Brett Forbes Yes ,you are going to get much better results due to the fact that your stock cooler is more restrictive . The external ice is much more efficient.
Brett Forbes hello from Argentina, i'm dedicated chiptuning and remap ecus , i have done a couple sea-doo GTI 130 and have great results, but i want to know it is posible use this kit for Seadoo 130 and 155 , calibrating mixture air/fuel ? Do you think that it's possible?

1 year later 😅 i definitely not recommend this mod ! 😁 if your SC propeller blows up 😁 yes you know what happens 😁 This mod definitely gives a noticeable throttle response 😎👍🍺 at a higher risk 🤣
When the supercharger blade blows up there is a whole charge cooler the debris end up in . It’s the fine aluminium powder that causes more damage that gets infested by the motor even if the stock intake restricted is in place . Also when the super charger blade breaks bits and pieces end up in the engine oil and gets chewed up by the gears and oil pumps with or without the intake restriction. So I say take it out 😎☝️👌 and enjoy more power , after all we only live once .
@@mariusfauru use a extra long nose pliers and a flat point screw driver , and take care not to damage the intake manifold please 😊 more boost and throttle response on its way 😊
@@Redrockat today i removed the intake and started to pry out the restrictor, but its coming out slowly in small pieces 😁 around 30% out 😅 not that easy as i thought 😁 but im doing it 😅👍🍺
Putting the hole saw in reverse for the first little bit after you sink the pilot bit helps alot
Awesome thank you I will try that style 😊

literbikedoc you would have to be an idiot not to clean it before installing... compressed air will clean it right out.
Really ?? you don't say!? Takes quite a while to get it ALL out bud!!
It makes me laugh how people buy a $16,000 toy and are to cheap to spend money on the parts

Do seadoo gtr 215 have this restriction?
Redrockat amazing video …what upgrades do you recommend best on a 07 seadoo wake 215

What size hole saw is used for this upgrade?
The one that is supplied with the kit of course 😊 this is a 260 seadoo manifold and uses a 79 mm hole saw .
Redrockat the 260 and 300 are the same manifold except for the sensors
How much for a manifold like that one ?the one for more boost ?
michael garcia that is a custom built manifold from Australia , the Riva High Boost Billet Manifolds are from $3000
Redrockat yes I know do u guys sells them?
michael garcia no we don’t
Hello, I have a seadoo challenger 180 is 255 hp of 2011 is what I can do without having to reconfigure ecu Thank you
jack horcet yes you may remove it and you can change your 76 millimetres intake to 100 millimeters intake we have done it with great success
@@Redrockat OK, I'll do it and tell you the difference by doing the tests. Thank you
jack horcet awesome 😊
Hey sir did you notice any diferrence in power after this mods? Thanks
Yes more throttle response for certain and some more power with that
is this screen in all seadoo manifolds. I have a 2004 seadoo gtxltd superchargered is that screen in my manifold

Yes you are correct thanks. Is it fare to say if I add an external ic I then can remove factory ic from there and have similar result?
