I have never sweat this much from a stretch routine but I'd like to think that means it's working. Excited to use this routine to help me with my lessons after picking up ballet again after 10 years ;)
No way this is the first ever stretch that I got hip pops on both sides!!! And I’m a ballerina and contortionist, so that’s saying a lot! Thanks so much, you’re awesome!!!!!
I loved this video 🤍 Also, could you possible record a video for warm up before ballet class (for beginners) and after ballet class stretching routine? I am very confused because I don’t really know if I should stretch before ballet class or just do more like pilates/cardio workout, or should I add also stretching too? I always stretch after ballet class 20 minutes to 1 hour. Also, how long should warm up be long and how long should stretching be after and before ballet class? you want to stretch before, but not too deeply, because you don’t want an injury. And after is very effective as well because your body is fully warm and you may be able to achieve more range of motion. That just my personal opinion, but hope it helps! 😊
