You didn't mention two clauses of article 35a. 1) If a Kashmiri girl marries anyone outside of kashmir, she loses her property right. 2) If a Kashmiri girl marries a Pakistani guy, the Pakistani guy gets Kashmir's citizenship.

Kashmir problem can be solved let see Kashmir Have three part Ladakah jammu and Kashmir. Army officials are good at heart too, so no need to worry. Avoid pathways from Friday prayers at mosques, and you can use local tourist car, to protect the chances of stone pelting as Kashmiri only protest against army, tourists are welcomed warmly with happy faces and mostly are safe there.

Thanks for telling the history behind the Kashmir issue. But smartly you just hid few points. 1. Kashmir issue went to UN because Nehru brought UN in this matter. 2. Referendum can be done only after Pakistan withdraws from POK. 3. POK was not created just like that, it was captured when Pakistan attacked India.

Here after 3 years. According to a new survey the crime rate in kaahmir has reduced by a significant amount, job opportunities and proper edcuation has increased massively. Overall kashmir is doing exceptionally well, even better than some south indian states.

Army officials are good at heart too, so no need to worry. Avoid pathways from Friday prayers at mosques, and you can use local tourist car, to protect the chances of stone pelting as Kashmiri only protest against army, tourists are welcomed warmly with happy faces and mostly are safe there.

Here after 3 years. According to a new survey the crime rate in kaahmir has reduced by a significant amount, job opportunities and proper edcuation has increased massively. Overall kashmir is doing exceptionally well, even better than some south indian states.

If the 68 % muslim population decides to join pakistan would that not be unjust to the hindus and other castes which account for 32 % of the population wouldn’t that cause more chaos ? And what does this have to do with bhakts all hindus across the country want kashmir to be part of india even if they support congress. Stop just thinking about bhakts and all shit and go do something useful with your life.

Hi Akash, I'm from Pakistan and currently working in digital journalism. Honestly I really liked how you covered several aspects and will keep my differences to myself. Anyways, there is just one thing I would like to clarify that Kashmir is one of our priorities, not the highest, despite what your media or our media is showing. And I'm talking about the general public. Most of our kids don't even know about the kashmir issue, and also the independent state of Kashmir is doing pretty well. We do not call it ours, neither do we try to control it or kill the kashmiris. We go their from time to time just to witness it's breathtaking beauty and that's all.
