I love how this is in another language. I am able to watch it and no one knows that I'm learning about urine therapy.
I was drinking urine daily and some strange pains in various parts of my legs began to heal. But I already had made an appointment with a naturopath. Although the things she prepared and recommended may have been helpful, she advised me to stop drinking my urine (she said it contained pathogens). So I followed her advice, but my symptoms returned, despite following her protocols. Taking it back into my own hands, I have now resumed drinking my urine daily. Lo & behold, the symptoms are now diminishing very noticeably.

There are cases with distilled water strong practices (urine is a distiled water essentially, as is juicing) that often long forgotten injuries even from childhood flare up and begin to heal. They couldn't heal fully or properly before because they didn't have the right conditions to do so, and so this often occurs. And so inflammation is a sign that something is healing properly, you cannot heal properly without inflammation or what some call a 'healing reaction'. When it happens it feels counter intuitive but if something is getting temporarily worse after starting a DW practice, thats a sign its working not a sign of 'pathogenesis'. For the record many naturopaths are severely unhealthy, they tend to only know a niche, be it nutrition or TCM or whatever system. And generally are weak even in their niches.

Have been using UT for close to 2 years. Before, I was often down with flu, diarrhoea, fever. Since UT i am seldom sick. Im 39 y o now. All my life ive been struggling with lactose intolerance and sinus problem. Ever since UT sinus problems have improved tremendously and now i dont seem to have any issues with lactose anymore. I was finally able to drink milk take diary products eat ice cream drink latte..without having to run to the toilet non stop. Still practicing UT once a day usually in the mornings. It doesnt give me "super powers" but it has certainly kept me healthier and happier. Have been trying to slowly convince my wife to try it as well but shes too disgusted with it although she respects me doing it for myself. Hopefully one day she will try it as well. Cheers

gotproductions I have seen some of your videos on the subject. But I have seen many people refuting those claims. they tried it for themselves on a timeframe that I wouldn't even give to the best of supplements, and yet they refute any positive change. The only thing that it is good for is the topical use...no doubt about that. But ingesting what your blood excreted doesn't sound like a good idea.
In order to act in such a self-deprecating way, there better be some undeniable benefits...So far, except for the testimony of some creepy looking dudes who are so in marge of society that the only connection they can find with other humans is their shared practice of drinking pee, I have not observed any.
I went in very open minded, and did not discover the subject by accident. But the more I explore it the more I see that the people who are into it are sickos. They always seem to have some type of ailment, and are always exploring the latest MIRACLE claims. They report the AMAZING benefits of their latest find, but never seem to heal from anything. WHY? Because their issue is obviously MENTAL.

hello Doctor of great wisdom ! my great grand mother who had tupercoluses in Germany, wrote to her daughter, my grandmother, that her doctor in Berlin had advised her , to drink her own urine. The second time , when I encountered it was, when I was a child and we played in front of a doctors office, and us children we talked about a guy upstairs, who drinks his own urine. Then 1989 I went to Jamaica /west Indies and I ask a Jamaican, if he ever heard of urine therapy and to my surprise , he told me , that he drinks his urine everyday. Then I heard about the 3000 lost African children, who travelled by foot and some days there had nothing to drink and for three years drank there own urine to survive.
Just by the way he speaks is all the proof you need.

Propolis is very strong.i purchased it in a little liquid bottle form and just put a few drops. it will depend on the product you buy I guess most are the same. Experiment in your our way and form that is the beauty of UT.or see the other videos on it

I started my urine 4 months ago, to fix my skins problems i get pimples over my body. Even though my skin hasn't inproved much i feel a lot better so will not stop drinking it. Do you have any suggestions in regards to fixing my skin with my urine. Or should i drink peoples urine that have perfect skin no matter what foods they eat??

Dr. Nakao-- have been practicing UT for about 4 months and also putting morning urine in my eyes in the morning altering using an alcohol wipe. This helped my vision but now when I do this my eye muscles become fatigued. I had a Dpap or tetanus shot with whooping cough vaccine about a month agao--could this be the problem? I took the tetanus shot because my mom's sis got lockjaw from tetnus when she was a child so I was always afraid of that-so I just cave in and get the tetnus when necessary!
I would skip the alcoholic wipe since the orin is sterile already. Also, alcohol is a toxin. And yea, you should know better about the effects of the shot.

I've never had clay therapy, I've eaten clay dirt when I was in Louisiana, as a child, however if I were you, I'd leave the clay alone, until you've drank the Urine for maybe a month. This guy is saying nothing new about urine therapy. There r so many unanswered questions about drinking your own urine like, can I eat and drink anything and still drink my urine ? If I drink alcohol, when I pee, can I still drink it ? If the body is like alchemy when reinjesting your urine, I am assuming the alcohol is not coming back out in your urine as alcohol so I am thinking its o.k. to eat and drink anything because its like alchemy and the urine is still pure. I notice when my urine is more yellow or darker, it goes straight to my large intestines and cleans me out which is a good thing I think and when it is clearer, I pee it back out. That's my biggest question !
brendan maloney There is nothing new as it's an age old therapy, the question is not if you can eat and drink anything, the question is why would you ? by drinking urine it tells you what is good for or not, if you want to eat junk why would you want to drink that? or put that back into your body. we are what we eat. so Ut teaches us to become more in tune with healthy foods and a better lifestyle.
If you take your own urine and yet being a heavy dringer , yes, drinking your own urine will heal you , that's for sure... NO PROBLEM. No. Avoid non veg , allopathy medicines strictly. Don't overload yr digestive system. Eat simple easily digestible food. Drink lot of warm spice water. Positive thoughts help & strong family relationships help.

More effective, it's always effective in many ways, but as far as it working as a preventive medicine to improve the immune system you are right on with what you said.
Something that Dr Nakao found to be the case. Have listen to and read substantial literature on this therapy and interesting what he says and proof is he says they tried by-passing the throat by feeding tube and got no positive results.

The video is real and was fen to me on a DVD and I know the person in Japan who met him and obtained the video so it is not fake at all
