Alireza tried the distraction gambit with the black and white shirt, but Alireza misjudged, because he forgot that the pieces and board are brown and cream.
It’s not the first time he’s worn a checkered shirt in the game he lost against Ju wenjun he had an orange tinted checkered shirt seen right here on Agadmator’s program
Typical us thinking Elo means much past a certain point. Yes, everybody in the top 20 is a SuperGm, but not all of them are 2700+ rated. 2500+ rated players can be just as good on an above average day or if they put in more work
Great Game nice to see Alireza stepping up in good form I think most people would expect him to win this game I’m glad he didn’t disappoint Wei Yi Great Player as well I think Alireza seems to be in the spotlight more
2nd: PLEASE agad it's been 4 months! 2023 USCC - Atousa almost beat Carissa Yip, the eventual winner! Carissa was losing most of the game. Atousa just blundered in the end. It's Hikaru's WIFE vs Wesley's GIRLFRIEND. #suggestion #womeninchess #uschesschamps #uschess #uschesschamp #uscc
This might already be out there, but I'd be curious to see Agad's UA-cam stats. I suspect a seriousky high percentage of his users dont skip around while watching the first time. I know I certainly don't, when I definitely do with other UA-camrs.
Hans Niemann = next Bobby Fischer - Wesley So = current Bobby Fischer - Bobby Fischer's ghost = old Bobby Fischer - Beth Harmon = Bobby Fischer in another universe Each of these 4 'is a prodigy, had a rather dark childhood and is American'. Not clear to me why Wei Yi felt or was forced to offer queens. Could argue the black queen was running out of squares and the diagonal it did command at the time was difficult to support. When a piece seems overated, there is perhaps a tendency to exchange it. Interesting how it became a sudden death game as the kings, especially Alirezas joined the party perhaps earlier than expected. Besides being the sink piece, or as a consequence of it being the sink piece, a player is somewhat stripped of choice when his/her king is checked. You cannot check the other players king as a response to your own King being checked. "Engines favor activity" What an interesting thing to say, instead of the usual "engines favour the best move". Perhaps you next it as "engines favour reducing the pieces on the board whilst maintaining advantage" and this is perhaps why they are no longer suited as coaches. What engines may not value yet is the limitation of their users. The longer and the more lines extend into /can balance to, an equal position, the more difficult it is for a human to fund the best move, as in their absolutely fabulous form, engines are essentially brute force grunts, their only saving grace, why they don't look/appear the stupid devices that they are, that they do the "calculations " faster. Ze brain howfever does not brute force. How does it do it?

😂😂😂😂😂
But Alireza won, don’t forget that!
You didn't show the footage where Wei Yi accidentally placed his rook on Alireza's sweater rather than the chessboard.
😂
From Africa, agad we love your content. Way to go👊
great comeback by guccireza
let's goo guccireza!
This is a classical Queen's Gambit positional struggle. Very instructive game by Alireza.
Love you Agadmator!
I appreciate that you are quick in making recaps.
His aggression makes even classic chess enjoyable
The ability to be early is insignificant next to the power of the force
#suggestion Gukesh vs Jorden Van Foreest
Best video title so far
Antonio on fire!
“Chess, like love, like music, has the power to make men happy.” Siegbert Tarrasch.
Apparently, political correctness can even change quotes
Suggestion Tata - Maurizzi vs Santos Latasa. Goty 2024. I'm shocked this hasn't been covered yet.
Typical Alireza! Loosing to 2500 and winning against 2700!

@@newil_yovactrue story Good point
Ju is not a "normal" 2500 player. Many women are underrated because they play too often in women only instead of open tournaments.

Best channel for learning 😊
Some people don't know but officially as from last year, Alireza is studying Fashion Design (in France where he lives).... So......

I thought he was better before the previous candidates, he was more active at least
Ali❤
The person who give titles for videos of this channel is extremely creative dude
Firouzja bounces right back, Hans loses again. Good job, Alireza.
Brilliant 🙂 #suggestion Anatoly Karpov vs Rafael Vaganian - Skopje (1976), French Defense: Tarrasch Variation Can you please cover this game, Antonio?

Good way to bounce back, and way to play like a perfection! :)

Alireza poco a poco está recuperando su super fuerza de juego. Gracias, Bigotillo.
Queenpawn players are always to be feared, Bobby.
#suggestion with a title like this you should show a better picture of the shirt
Alireza had an orange checkered shirt on as well in the game he lost vs Ju enjun I believe it was Seen one checkered shirt seen them all

To wear a shirt with a brand logo doesnt mean that you have style.
8:43 didn't know that pawns can move backwards...
Giri vs maghsoodloo end game was interesting
Hyper sensitive overload
Alireza's inactivity will forever be the biggest factor holding him back!
The title LOL
It's dazzle camouflage
Wei Yi's position looked great with the two bishops, until it wasn't.
Nice patient win.
🙂🙂
Ali has literally pubertied into a chad before our very eyes
Shirt speak for itself
Aren’t those types of shirts not allowed? Very distracting for players.
How the f a shirt would distract you man
Lasker smoked cigars to distract his opponents... talk about a real distraction😂❤
Yes, the commentators mentioned it a few times.
@@jimskea224 commentators also said anish stole the pawn
Its called joking
The shirt would be a distraction if he could see it... His eyes are too small and too deep set...😎
surely tarrasch siad it had the power to make MEN happy?!
Huh?
What was it he said
Alireza has no qualms about everything not legally "illegal" just to win.
God Bless everybody in the comments ❤
