Today I made a simple band saw structure. I made a table saw from a circular saw. The band saw is a must-have in a woodworking workshop. Last time i made a small saw table from an angle grinder. However it is quite unsafe with high rpm and small torque.

You do have to spend some time setting the saw up... blade, fence, etc. But once done, the saw is great. Fairly compact which is Nice ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxXh-4_3-ZT1fFWP91ZV7iVqzElr0lEb-a I did get an Incra Miter Gauge which takes some setup as well. The stock miter gauge can be adjusted in the miter slot with a little painter's tape... this tightens up the side to side play a lot.

Nice job, but assembling your top, toe in would be tighter & more accurate.(with the right tool obviously) for toe-ins. There are stronger joints, for people with the right tools, but this is a starter table saw.

The saw fence was terribly executed. I watched it move 4-5mm when he put the wood through. If you're watching this video, please don't make this saw fence exactly the same way he did. There are others on YT that are MUCH better constructed. Use this video as inspiration. Not a tutorial.

This is the worst way to join corners. Never screw into the end grain of wood. It will strip easily.
Screwing everything into end-grain…wonderful. How about mortise and tendons?.. or, just buy a real table saw!
