Henne threw the ball about one second after the clock died off. That should have been reviewed upstairs. As far as I know football rules don't allow you to throw the ball after time expired. The clock ticked to 0, then a second later Henne threw.
I wrote this when I was tired and apparently didn't word it great. Just let it go. I thought it hit 0:00 before the snap, and that's what I meant to say.
Quit whining about this 2005 game people.. Jesus, its over, its done. And by the way, Carr didn't just get free time back. A player ran out of bounds with the ball and the clock didn't stop til 5 seconds afterwards. The clock is supposed to stop RIGHT AFTER you go out of bounds.
that was a HUGE play and it sounds so quiet in the stadium still...what gives!? come to an SEC school and have that happen and the place will fall apart bc the fans will be going crazy.....UF vs USC blocked field goal!
the stadium is built out, not up.. its not designed to keep sound in, which is why it never seems as loud as other stadium.
Not always, just recently. There's a big difference.

the single greatest day of my life
Hence the reason why replay was needed.
I thought the ball was still going towards Henne's hands after the clock hit 0. Nevermind.
I wrote this when I thought I had seen the ball snap complete after time hit 0:00, but after looking at it again, nevermind.
they were on a time out? haha the clock doesnt move until its snapped

oh and that includes 2 shutouts. 2001, 1998
(nearly 3 minus that late meaningless TD when your team was #1 on judgement day '97)
