There are women out there who are really going through domestic violence situations and for Amber Heard to make a mockery of this and to bait him. I am just not impressed with her. She has to pay for this. Does she have the $50m to pay him?
I doubt it and I don't think that's what he's really after. He's standing up for himself and, by proxy, for other men who have suffered domestic abuse/violence. It has been an unrecognized problem in today's atmosphere.

She is extremely intelligent and extremely prepared not letting defense bully her into wrong statemensts. She was very professional and articulate in explaining Ambers diagnosis which I believe to be true as described by her behavior patterns.
And yet there was NO professional psychological evaluation on Depp allowed!!..I can't help but wonder if she's being set up on purpose..

It was so very obvious that Amber was extremely uncomfortable during the Psychologist’s testimony‼️ It was so apparent Amber was disturbed by hearing about her clinical diagnosis & her emotional issues...the truth about her was very difficult for her to hear discussed out loud in court by a professional Psychologist‼️Amber is so obviously insecure & emotionally disturbed. I’m extremely concerned for her new baby girl’s safety & emotional health being raised by such an unstable single Mother‼️🙏🙏🙏

She wanted to party & he wanted to relax after a hard day. THAT is the difference that doesn't work, very different interests in life that are hard to work out.
Don't just gloss over the cop's testimony like nothing happened. Heard claimed there was damage to the property and she sustained facial injuries hence the reason the cops were called. This officer said she witnessed NO such property damage or injuries to Heard. That's a big deal.
Anyone else would probably be cited for filing a false claim. How much time did she take up when these police officers could have been helping real victims.

I think like most ptsd sufferers can agree, Depp seems more traumatically ptsd suffering than amber, poor guy having to deal with all this and after so many personal struggles as well. True soldier Johnny keep it up, you can do it!

Dr Curry was phenomenal on the stand! Eloquent, confident in her answers yet still polite, she remained calm and on topic when the defense tried to bully her which in turn seemed to rattle the defense atty instead.. very impressive, credible and likeable.
She definitely was. Shame she's married. Johnny would do great being with someone like her.

I only have 1 year of psychology and I diagnosed her Histrionic and Borderline a loooong time ago. It's super clear. She checks EVERY box.
I was diagnosed BPD but i honestly don't see it in her. she comes off more Narc to me however I know these symptoms can cross over.
Hi - I also had concluded what she was about - I so wish people wouldn't toss some words around like Narcissist or psychopath (Don't mean you!). People can have personality traits on the Axis or meet full criteria. I too have worked in this field, and it my main interest in study. The main challenge is to NOT banish people because of it when they have no ability to even recognise it is THEM that creates the mess for others and for themselves. Good luck with your studies - she is a good case study.
It takes a professional psychologist (with ~7 years of education) the same amount of time as you've spent studying to date, to arrive at a reliable and confident diagnosis.

Where physical diagnoses can be made by x-rays, CT or MRI, blood tests etc, the area of psychology and psychiatry is not an exact science, but the measures used by neuropsychologists if scored correctly from the raw data are pretty well regarded and thorough. The MMPI is extremely comprehensive and the testing of other measures can serve to correlate. Psychology and neuropsychologist are two different fields under the mental health 'umbrella'.

Yes it is and I came across a young man a few years ago that was a victim. I tried to get him to seek help as big tears flowed down his face but he was too scared of his gf and wasn’t even from here. I’ve thought a lot about him a lot wondering how he’s doing. My heart hurt for him. My husband was a victim of mental and emotional abuse by his parents that he was never able to overcome. In those days men didn’t speak out. He started drinking at an early age and died from liver disease at the age of 35. I hope Johnny quits the lifestyle he’s become accustomed to or he to will end up dying a cruel death. He should also lose some of those friends he hangs with. They’re no good for him.
David Cassidy also developed cirrhosis from drinking. A FB friend knew him well as well as the rest of the Partridge family. She was angry at him because he tried to pass his problem off as dementia. His last words were so true. “So much wasted time”.
What Dr Curry could have said is "text book csse" concerning the dysfunctional relationship with one partner having a borderline personality disorder. Lucky for Johnny he was early on self trained to not fight back physically against an abusive woman. Amber picked the wrong victim indeed.
PTSD my arse. She didn't go through anything that she didn't bring on herself. She was so effected by this traumatic relationship that she has already moved on with some one else. As far as I know Johnny hasn't and that in itself tells me which one was more traumatised by their relationship

Dr Shannon Curry was very professional and an expert witness. It is really interesting what Amber is writing constantly (a book). No is buying. Love the the police officer never saw any physical injury to Amber. I noticed that Amber could not look up for more than a few seconds at Dr Curry as she explained the personality disorders or any of her testimony. Hmmmm interesting.

The more I hear the more I wonder how a smart guy like Depp wound up with her in the first place. I suspect that she can be very seductive when she puts her mind to it. But because of her mental health, she cannot maintain that sort of behavior for long. I think initially things were good for about a year. Then it started to go south. People that are abused sometimes wait for the abuser to once again be the person they knew at first. Trouble is, that is never going to happen. I imagine Depp had a childhood full of trying to make things right. So, here he was reliving that. Makes my heart break for him. At his age [close to mine] one tends to treasure time more than during youth. FFS it is time for him to have a quiet and calm life filled with loving friends and relationships. And, to continue the work that made him famous.
