Can I get a residence visa if I’m disabled? I’m Swiss, disabled and live off of the disability insurance from the Swiss government and my former employer. I would be allowed to move to NZ and still receive my disability money from Switzerland. I also have several hundred thousands of NZD in cash. It would be enough to buy a apartment or house in NZ. And I still hope, that I will one day become healthy again so I can work again. I am a executive assistant.
