Yw.. but... this video is very outdated.. 😂 its been 5 years since this video dropped.. 😂 alot has changed to the game since ive last recorded.. ive been busy with life.. but there isnt a single day that i said to myself that "one day ill record again and play this game" who knows.. maybe ill stream the game if i had time.. 😊

Dude how are you using the fire seeds?? I always trow them and they plant under the enemy and do nothing.
Well the trick is you dont throw it exactly where the enemy is.. you throw it to the place they would go next.. example: you know the enemy is about to enter a door/a tight space. You should throw it 1 tile of where they will walk to. You can use it for every type of seed..
Fire bloom - fire damage
Blind weed - cripple and blindness
Fade leaf - Teleportation
Swiftthistle - time stop (+ haste for warden) for 5 turns (for player)
Earth root - enroot and armor
Ice cap - freeze and chilled
Sorrowmoss - poison
Dreamweed - permanent sleep(enemies), clear debuffs(player)
Sungrass - healing(player/mob should stay still till the effect runs out for the full effect)
StarFlower - adds accuracy and dodge to the mob/player for 30 turns
Stormvine - Vertigo/confused
Special mention:
Rotberry seed can be cooked in the alchemy station with a bland fruit for the result of Heart fruit that permanently increases str by 1
Or if an enemy stays on the plant, you can throw a non-projectile at them
Long tap the clock button to sleep and skip time faster
Yes.. ive already known that trick.. but i only use it for regenerative purposes and when in gardens

Whats the differencd beetwen shattered and the original?
Well.. Quite a bit.. Though Shattered PD had some updates on Weapons, potions, mechanics, enemies, etc.. Also in the current beta update the game mechanics have more "role playing" feel to it.. I suggest for you to check it out.. :)

Well, I tried to do the good ending too, but I ended up having a fight with a much more sinister boss, and getting stuck in that area so I went with the god ending 😅
The True Ending is good though, nice run!
this video is over 5 years old now.. xD alot has changed with the game since then and more will change the future.. and they actually made the game harder to beat when you obtained the amulet and try to get back up to the surface

How? I opened every item excluding weapon and died from final boss, also only +2 armor? How you survived???
well.. the old version of SPD is alot different than now.. some tips i could provide for the newer version of the game would be:
1. conserve your scroll of upgrades.
-using upgrades on certain "end game equipment" is very essential on your survivability.
-my upgrade priority is usually (1) wand, (2) Rings, (3) weapon, (4) armor
-never use upgrades on throwable weapons, i personally think its just a waste of an upgrade
-as i said certain equipment is considered "end game equipment", equipments that can be worn at +14 & +16 strength are what i considered "engame equipment"
2. Use your healing potions strategically.
- you must conserve using potions only as a final resort (along with the seed of sungrass)
- know what type of monsters drop health potions (flies, Prison guards, Evil eyes, dwarf sorcerers , scorpions, etc.)
- know your enemies damage, it will help on fighting group of enemies by calculating how much damage you can take, physical damage can be dodged, range attacks can easily be reduced by cheesing the enemies on door ways/pillars, magic is also the same but be wary of the debuffs and are alot harder to dodge, evil eyes and scorpions on the final level are the hardest to deal with in all of the monsters in the game specially when fought in groups.
-healing wells must be used only on dire situations, the well is one of the most important location on the dungeon, it can heal all status effect including starvation, but only use it if you are starving and very low on health.
-collect all the dew for the jar, dont over collect unless your health is bellow 50%, also the jar is your 2nd to the final resort. the jar can heal in an instant unlike the health potions, though the health potion is more farmable than the dew jar, if luck smiled upon you use the 20/20 dew for an ankh upgrade.
3. hunger/starvation is not a big threat.
- taking hunger dmg is not the biggest deal, though there are certain situations that it will be the the cause of your demise.
- Dont eat if "hunger" is on status unless you have cooked meat/small rations
- conserve at least one of each food items for brewing, dwarven pastry, rations and meat(cooked or uncooked) can give you a better food when brewed together, it will provide health regen when ate.
- know where food drops. (albino rat, piranhas, scorpio, monks, etc)
- frozen meat is the best "small" meal on all 3 types of cooked meat, it has the chance to provide buffs.
4. Shop priorities
- (1) food rations, (2) healing potions, (3) scroll of magic mapping, (4) ankh, (5) usable potions/scrolls
though this is how i usually play the game.. you have your own play style on how comfortable you can play the game.
What is the best equipment for the boss in your opinnion?
hmm.. that is a hard question.. well depending on the drops and luck i would say as a
warrior: runic blade, horn of plenty, chalice of blood and a ring of evasion/Tenacity
Rogue: assassin's blade, cloak of shadows, ring of evasion and ring of haste
Mage: Staff of magic missile, Ring of energy, Unstable spellbook and ring of arcana
Huntress: Runic blade/battle axe, Ring of accuracy, ring of sharpshooting and Time keeper's hourglass
and as for other equipment..
i think all of the characters should have a wand even if they are not mage cause magic attacks from wands cannot be dodged unlike throwable weapons
@@ayzeongaming2070 Thanks for the info. I was fighting the boss today for the first time and I failed so hard at the end. I just managed to beat the last fist and I only needed to finish him off. However just as I was going for him I thought I could throw a paralytic gas potion on him but just as I was about throw it I accidentally pressed drink and it did it immediately because it was the only potion that I had unidentified. Felt so dumb.
Update: I just beat him
@@drc8558 you cant use paralytic potion on the boss they have a high resistance to it.. but corrosion works a bit better than paralytic.. but do mind the range of it
also.. sometimes the build i suggest doesnt matter since most of the time you cant find all the items in the same run.. for me i do my runs for fun.. so i usually use ring of wealth to try and find all the drops i mentioned

which fist? there are a few variants of the fist.. also dont worry about losing.. its part of the game progression.. :)
How did you get 20 your horn o plenty
Offer small amounts of food.. examples are Raw/cooked food and Small ration food from the shop these items gives a point for the horn..
so killing piranhas are a must.. though its easier to kill them with ranged, throwables and magic items
also.. every level of the horn increases the capacity of its charge.. and every charge is accumulated by time.. and as you can see +10 is the max for every artifact in the game
im that one kid who is too scare to do close range combat that i spam the magic bow the huntress have and the honeypot

Enemy at long range: spam
Enemy at close range:melee
I had a kinetic flail, and i died of stupidty

@@fender9178 well the thing is with huntress she is more reliable in long range which means you need to figure out how you could use the bow even in close range (via sneak attacks) ive just finished recording a gameplay video of my huntress i might upload it tomorrow..
