He bought an entire collection of a friend and fellow collector. He posted the videos about the purchase late last year, in November I believe. He got the whole lot for a price, so he likely doesn't have a breakdown of individual prices for each of these notes shown.

I knew those overinked seals were a thing. People told me oh no that's just a different seal. I found several of them over my searches. Just didn't look right to me. They aren't completelyvblacked out like a doughnut but visibly too much ink. I've saved thousands of stars. I only recently heard about the solid stars. I'm sure I must have a few. Thanks for your informative videos.
Did you notice on the ten dollars that the green symbol on the TEN from the Dept. of the Treasury is applied under the word Ten? Isn't that backward? I think it should be on the top. The ten with the gas pump error.
All of the $5s are that way as well. I think it’s just the ink being slightly thin and not sticking to the ink already applied. But that’s just a guess.

I'm new to this and I keep hearing the term "small head". what does that mean? is it anything different than just a term for all bills of that style or are some of the heads on that style of bill smaller?
Small heads are simply the name for notes from 1928-1996. In 1996 they introduced the monochrome series that made the portrait heads much bigger. A few years after that they colorized the notes to what we see today.

The ink is very thick. It doesn’t go through the note. It’s not water based. Think of an oil painting. You can feel the texture of the paint on the canvas but it doesn’t bleed through. As for the serial numbers, those also don’t “bleed” through. They were literally forced through the note because of too much pressure.
It would have been nice if you would have included the price you paid.

There seem to be some that are not or am i mistaken!?
No. The only duplicate notes are under 250,000 and then from 03200000 to 09600000.
