- About a year ago I made this epoxy skateboard from fence paling - • WHY would anyone MAKE ...
As you can see it did not go to plan and the fence paling snapped along the grain cause I stupidly put it going across the grain. So here is my V2.0 attempt using a nice board of camphor laurel and some Ice Epoxy with Black diamond pigment. I finished this with Osmo Polyx Thin which is one of the best finishes by far for epoxy and flat surfaces.

That looks so cool, I had no idea that epoxy skateboards were even a thing. Makes perfect sense though as you'd be able to do some really cool stuff - kinda like what you've done here lol, looks beautiful man, don't scratch it up too much! 👍👍
Thanks Mario. It’s my biggest fear now scratching it up. I’ve seen a few boards out there. They’re basically chopping boards in a skateboard shape
