I forgot add. Your steam box setup looks exactly like the one one of my staff built to make guitars and ukulele’s with the students. One also did a rocking chair with it. 👍🏻

Cover sheets from Bunnings would make cheap forms
I’ve seen people do it in those steam bag/sheet things but I have no experience on those. You’d come up with something unique I reckon

Nice one mate! Great looking stool, enjoyed watching you steam bending, something I'd like to try one day. Had my first shot at poly glue the other week, didn't know it was poly glue until I was already applying it, what a mess, expanded everywhere!! Lesson learnt. Have a great Christmas and new years , cheers
