We’ve slowed down quite a bit lately, our shorts have gone from 500-700 views down to about a hundred each. If it stays that way I’ll definitely change things to get back to growing, but sometimes there are just lulls in the channel that you need to be patient through :)

I realized consistency is key no matter what. I made it to 100 subscribers by then I knew it was possible and that's all I needed. Now i'm at 500, so I know 1000 is very possible. Just keep going and watch what happens.
Over the last 6 months I've grown more than the previous 1 and a half year. I think I finally found what type of videos I wanna make I feel comfortable in my channel right now.
And I hit 900 subs last night!!🎉

I needed this, and I can't lie. I've been putting a fair amount of effort into my videos, and some of them I feel like I'm not getting what I should get out of them. Honestly, I wasn't too concerned about it because I was just doing UA-cam for fun, but I put a lot of effort into editing.

I did animations, along with "animate with me", which i have seem alot of people doing "sketch with me" or "draw with me", talking about certain topics at the same time people can watch the progress when the person him/herself working on something.
I went from 40 subs to almost 250 subs in around 3 months. And my watchours hit from 10 to almost 400. Don't give up! 🥰🥰

@@CricketHelmetcam1 small changes each video. Trying to improve something every time (thumbnail, opening, sound, visual effects, pace, tittles, chapters,…).
Also linking to different videos at the end with a strong call to action 👍

My best friend (@songorkhan) is uploading since october, almost 3-5 times a week. He made 230 Subscribers from about 110 Videos. For me personally, I'm not really into his content (he makes Gaming Memes / Memes) but his edits are very " youtube meme" like, and are absolutly funny and on point. If I didnt know him and his subscriber count, I wouldn't believe his numbers are so little (most of his videos have between 1,5k - 4k views). Anyway, I think he thinks the same thing, too, and is very frustrated about the amount of time he puts in his edits only making so little steps in growing his channel. I think he's only these "3 ft away from gold" but he always tells me, he wanna quit youtube although he put so much effort in it.. so yes, I try to show him your videos and keep him motivated, but I think he's about to break and that would be pretty sad, because I think, his creativity and editing skills could skyrocket him in a few years..

I think there's another point that Marcus should point out. Well, it's really a META Point: SELF AWARENESS.
I'm becoming self aware that I probably need to pivot on my channel.
Self awareness probably allows 'us' to take these points onboard.
Just a thought.
good thinking... its hard to grow on youtube but having someone be honest with your content can really help you pivot in the direction that your audience wants

I have another channel where I post gaming content each 2 days. However, I noticed some spikes on viewer researches due to game updates, which occur every 45 days. Naturally, views and public interest raise a lot in the first weeks, and slowly drop down until next update. Is it hurtful in any way for my channel to alter my post schedule, so I gradually reduce my uploads in the same rate? Like daily videos on first 15 days, each 2 days 15-30 and each 3 days in the last 15?

I've been making UA-cam videos for 16 days now with around 250 views is this good and should I continue doing what I'm doing I started adding background music sound effects and overlays while also playing a popular game valorant!
Been growing my UA-cam channel working hard every week for the last 6 months. Just hit 200 subscribers! I also recently got a new microphone and really have been trying to bring up the quality. I ask my viewers to leave recommendations, and thoughts in the comments, but very rarely they do!

For a year i didn’t get nowhere near even 1K, (my goal) however i made another channel (this one) to maybe get something going, it didn’t until one of my videos got over 300K veiws, And i gained over 2K subs from that and when i left the “community” i was making content off not a lot of people supported me and left along with it and after that people started harassing me to go back to it and i was considering quitting. However there are some people i know always come back to watch my content and will always support me so if you have a small youtube channel that’s not doing so well never give up even if it seems like you are going no where❤ All your favorite youtubers started somewhere too❤
