Our family is under contract to buy an abandoned property! We are excited to start the remodel and transform this house completely after we close but we wanted to share a sneak peek with all of you.. Good for you! My nephew and his wife flip property. She is an RN and he is a teacher and carpenter. They have done well. That looks like it could be a great home and a nice huge yard.

Ive been enjoying a box each of the Original and Teriyaki bars and 2 orders of the Japapeno Cranberry bites per month, for over 6 months and I love my 'subscription'! Im a diabetic and always have 2 bars in my bag at all times, in case I get stuck some place and no way of getting food. Most vending machines usually only have sugary snack, carb snacks and no protein snacks. I also always have a bottle of water. Its great!❤

Looks like a great property to restore! The house looks like it will be huge when it is finished! It’s going to need a good bit of landscaping as well as work on the house. Y’all have a job ahead of you, but I have faith in you and know that you can do it! Ransom is all about helping! I love that baby! I hope everyone’s doing well! Lots of prayers for everyone! Pedestal sinks are great for wheelchair users. Step in tub is wonderful if pain is involved as you can get it with jets. Also a roll in shower is wonderful. My brother has one in his house. It works great for a walker on his good days or wheelchair on the bad ones. Also handles on all doors that swing don't have knobs, have a flat horizontal lever but sliding doors really the best. I'm a walker user in home, wheelchair user out of home. Just some things I learned from my brothers wife (he can't talk anymore after the hospital oopsed). I've also been learning first hand prior to building our brand knew built last home.
Gary I think I've seen this home on zillo, I've been looking for a fixer upper on more acres in Oklahoma off 412 east of 44 I'm sure you'll fix this house properly and make it beautiful

Those red refrigerators are the ones I wanted in our new master bedroom. I need a refrigerator for my 4 different medications that have to be kept chilled. A 3 month supply of each gets to being a large space and then I can also keep water, soda & juice for low sugar mornings close at hand.
Cannot wait for the new building project. ❤
Now if that becomes a vacation rental, I'll be calling. I can be there in about 12 hrs!!

We got about 3 inches from that winter storm. Gary, my husband won't let me make chili because he can't take the heat of mine. He would be eating with the boys instead of the men on yours, and my youngest boy would be eating with the men. 😅 The new property is in a nice quiet spot, it looks like. Can't wait to see what you do with it.

Yep. NFL is rigged. Several years ago my family sat in the nosebleed section in AZ for a Raiders/Cardinals game. I, the biggest non expert at all things football, called every play before it happened. Last game I ever went to.

I watched a video of football players talking about the games being rigged, right down to their fake injuries. Dishonesty is disheartening, and fooling everyone for all these years is criminal. Those guys said they have to sign a contract on which limb or body part they have to get "injured", and whether it puts them out for the season or not.😢

Hey y'all, Now ain't that something! I am here in Minnesota and by now we should have had about 35 inches of snow this winter so far. We only got 7 inches so far total. 2 inches in January and NONE in February so far. I keep seeing all the snow across Oklahoma, Tennessee and kentucky plus others there while we ain't getting any. It is a crazy winter. And no I ain't complaining. I have not used the snowblower once this year. Besides y'all look good in snow.
